  1. When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.

  4. External guests are being blocked or automatically disabled after creating free accounts for RingCentral Messaging using either the browser version or the desktop app. Can't add external guest users to our contacts who are using a free account nor they can't use RingCentral Messaging at all.

Quite frequently, after I have set Do Not Disturb to work on a task without interruption, I discover in the middle of the following day that the day had been so peaceful because I forgot to reset my status back to Available.On other UC applications, it is sometimes possible to set statuses - at least Do not Disturb - for a specific duration - like 1 hour, 2 hours, both of which are useful to cover e.g. lunch breaks, or 4 hours to cover whole mornings or afternoons, Today, to get one day of peace and be available on the…

  6. Add a feature where you can use the app while also using a desk phone. Background: We came from Mitel, where the app worked with the physical phone. So, if you were on your physical desk phone and you also had the desktop app open, the app would show your active call, and you were allowed to click actions on the app such as transfer a call directly to someone's voicemail by clicking 2 things, then you would hang up your physical phone.

  7. Queue names are not displayed in the missed call history for internal numbers on the RC app. They are displayed for external numbers in the RC app, and for both internal and external numbers in the service portal and desk phone history. It would be helpful to have all call history views be the same across all devices.

  8. We have noticed that many of ours users do change the option of the call queue status to do not accept and move it back to accept. But it happens also that they change to Do Not Accept and forget about that status and sometimes till days after notice that they do not get que calls.Therefore it would be a good idea to show the status permanent on the RC app Maybe on all app types but for sure on desktop app.

  9. If "call waiting" is disabled and we configure an Announcement for the "No answer setting", the second caller will hear a disconnection tone. This is confusing because it gives the caller the impression that the number is not in service. It would be good if the beep tone is changed with a busy tone

  11. Especially with numbers tied to either a mobile user, call queues, and/or message-only extensions to be used to receive faxes and calls. It would be nice to be able to use it as an outbound caller ID since the number is considered as a company number.

  14. Ability to share a specific voicemail to other user's mailbox. Posting this idea in behalf of my customer. It would be nice if I'll be able to forward a specific voicemail to another user including the caller information like a phone number as it's easier to get back to that caller if the number is showing after I forward it.
