Sync changes on the Admin portal users list to the created Business Analytics Report.
Whenever they are making changes to the users list department on the admin portal it doesn't sync the changes to the business analytics report.
Customers need to re-create the reports to be updated.

Call and Text Icons to External Contacts from Call History
From RC App, when I go to Phone > Calls to check the call history, I want the Call and Text icons to be available. When I hover over my cursor to my External Contacts from Call History, it only shows Message and Video even if they don't use RingCentral App.
When viewing the phone app and communicating with someone who doesn't have RingCentral, users want the ability to communicate directly (call or text) instead of being notified to encourage contacts to become RingCentral users.

Automatic download of transcription of every calls
Creating a feature request on customer's behalf as requested which will allow users to have every call's transcription to be automatically downloaded on their devices

RingEx Desktop App change functionality
In the RingEx desktop app under Call Rules and Voicemail you can 'Forward all calls'. We've been advised by Ring Tech Support that this does not work if the incoming call comes via a Call Queue. This could be misleading if a user expects this to work and does not test first.
Could this either be changed so call queue calls are also forwarded or at least the description of 'Forward all calls' be annotated to advise as such.5 votes -

No access or no permission to login if they are outside the office network
Wanted to set up an option or permission that no one outside their office network or VPN that can login to the RingCentral desktop application. No one can use their home network if someone is using a home network or outside their office network.

To be able to stay logged in on my Ext but be able to answer calls and receive notifications from multiple extensions. The current design only allows to switch from one Ext to another but the other Ext. won't stay logged in. Notification will only show after switching Extensions

Permanently minimize the AI Notes and Transcript box
Users asking to disable the the popout for notes and transcript when they dial a phone number
- you can turn off the auto note taking but you cant stop the pop up box from appearing on the phone dialer pop out. it is annoying to close it on every call and have it constantly moving around the phone dialer pop out.
- please make the feature able to be completely disabled including the auto pop out. for the users who want this minimized
- some users may want the AI assistant for other areas of the app but not for the pop…

Option to Delete ALL Call Logs from the RC App
when the user clicked the Call logs > Edit > Clicked the box to "Select All" It will only select the logs that it is CURRENTLY on the screen and he has to scroll down to select more.

Increase limit of audio message and Adjustable to playback speed
As of now, users can only record up to 2 minutes of audio message. Users have to send multiple audio recordings if the message exceeds to 2 minutes.
The audio message sent needs to have and adjustable playback speed and have it always start playing in the last speed used.1 vote -
Presence status on Plug-In not in sync
When you have the desktop App and the Plug-In parallel working and you have a call/conference started on the desktop App, the presence status on the Plug-In does not change - (much more you somebody can call you - you know: no consistent busy management as we know - other topic).

Email button call history
Hi team,
please add an email button that can be used to send mails to to the contact in the call history (if the callee is a known contact with email provided). Please add the same email button on the contact view. The button should trigger to open the default intalled mail client and add the callee's mail in the "to" field.
