  1. RingCentral (RC) Android app call audio ALWAYS goes to my smartwatch first. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7 Pro. Fully patched phones and apps up-to-date.

    I have the RC app on both phones.

    Audio for ALL calls to and from my RC Android app automatically switch to my Bluetooth watch (Galaxy Watch 4). The watch does not have its own cellular service.

    I need to enter the app and tap the Audio icon to select Speaker or Phone, in order to get the audio off the watch.

  4. Allow a key press or any Command for Direct Voicemail Routing of a user extension. For example, I want to leave a voicemail to a user extension by using command on dial pad without dialing the extension and waiting for the call to get connected or be answered.

  6. Call park button is no longer showing on the main options on the app dialer.
    Back then it was showing on the main buttons, now they have to click on the 3 dots, more options just to click the Call park.
    Customer said this is causing them inconvenience having their agents click an extra button just to get to the call park.

    It would be best to move the call park button to the main menu of the dialler.

  8. I am currently using the RingCentral Desktop Application for training a remote worker. I can utilize the Whisper, Barge and Take Over keys but I cannot disable access once I am done. I was told it could only be done on a deskphone. If I can use a portion of the functionality through the app, why not allow for full access?

  10. Both the default and custom prompt options for the AI Notetaker interrupts the call once the conversation has begun. It would be nice to have the option to set the timing for when that prompt is said, so that clients are not caught off guard by the prompt interrupting the conversation. Thank you.

  11. Requesting a change to the current SPOG transfer behavior: When a caller hangs up during a transfer, the transferring and receiving agents should remain connected instead of being disconnected. This would allow agents to complete internal coordination or follow-up actions even if the caller drops unexpectedly.

    This change would help improve agent communication and reduce disruption during call handoffs.

  14. It would be nice if one was able to write a note on a voicemail/Fax. A way to let people in the organization know what has been done thus far with the information left.

    At the same time it would be nice if you could set up a task/assign follow-up actions to a team member on a Voicemail or Fax. an action you take from the menu of options on the VM or Fax

    I also think it would be nice if you could Archive... call logs with the notes attached/voicemails/and faxes once the follow up has been completed. Deleting…

  15. The customer would like calls initiated from the RingCentral Desktop App to be automatically routed to and dialed through the RingCentral Mobile App without needing to manually switch devices.

    Goal:
    Seamless call handling across devices. The user prefers to initiate calls from their desktop interface, but has the actual call go out through the mobile app.

    Use Case Example:
    A user clicks to dial a number in the desktop app while working on their computer, but wants the call to originate and be handled on their mobile device for mobility or better call quality.

  19. I wanted to download Ringcentral app for Android for multiple employees but not going through Google play as it's not going to be accessible on a company network. I see on the official Ringcentral download page you have installers for multiple platforms but not for Android. Please add one for Android devices
