  1. You can create a meeting in Google Calendar with the RC app but being able to use the RC app as the primary tool for collaboration would be great and viewing Google Calendar would be essential for this.

  4. We are using an exchange outlook web app that looks like everyone else, but it is private to our server and does not go thru MS365. I need to integrate the ring central scheduler on that platform now that RCM is retiring

There was an upgrade made by Ring Central and now the Ring Central mobile app has an issue because the operating system on her iphone (which is newer) isn't interfacing with the Ring Central app anymore. What this means is the voice-over feature isn't highlighting where the cursor is on the app anymore so my co worker can't use her mobile phone to receive or send calls through Ring Central anymore. This feature was working before the update was made and now the app is not accessible.

  6. Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.

  7. Please add the Conversation Stream feature from the "classic" ring central app into the new ring central app so that all of your team and direct messages are sorted in 1 list (instead of being separated into a list of direct messages and a list of teams)

  8. For example, if I'm in a meeting, I would still like to be notified of an incoming call, I just don't want to hear the audio ring. Some people if they're in a meeting or another call want to automatically send the call to voicemail. Having customization options like these helps users manage their workflow the way they want. This is especially helpful for users like managers who are in a lot of meetings and get a lot of calls. Ideally these settings would be either in the RC app or in the online account.

  9. There is no easy way to get a voicemail to a coworker without downloading and sending. Because our email is cloud based we have no access to audio from our email.

  10. We provide links for our clients to send out to their own clients. It will be very useful to send a quick short and professional button that will take them to their website same as they do through email.

  12. RC Classic gave you the option to listen to an audio file right from RC. With the new update we are having to download the file before listening. With our company using audio files a lot this is making it more time consuming for us to have to download the file first.

  14. Once you add a contact, you need to click fax on the sidebar to be able to generate a new fax. There should be a + on the sidebar to be able to fax from any of the sidebar options

  15. This functionality is missing from the full RC App that the RC Phone for Desktop App has. It is vital for those who work in the Remote Desktop environment to easily access these functions. Currently, the notification does not allow interaction and we are required to minimize the RD to get to the app and answer the call.

  16. Currently, having to log into a separate portal to submit or create/view a ticket is an extra step that adds time to go from 1 portal to the other to troubleshoot issues or follow up on tickets with RC.

  18. the "office@hand Phone" app allowed the user to send a fax by either choosing a file to attach or scanning the document dirctly into the body of the message. The new "At&T office@hand" does not give the option to scan directy for the fax. this basicly makes it an email. The option to scan directly to the fax is needed to simplify the process.

RC - formerly Glip - has a task functionalityin the version 20.3.20 users were able to see their messages specific to that task in a right-hand side window in the RC app.users in 20.4.xx no longer can. the messages are just in the main window with all the other messages for that team.is there no way for users in the 'newer' version to see the messages for a specific task in a separate side window or view?
