It's not listed as recommended headset to use with their RingCentral application and they wanted to know when this model to be compatible with RingCentral application. Their Yealink BH74 model is not allowing the user to answer the call using this model and it's not compatible to use with their RingCentral application1 vote -

A larger preview of each message (Voicemail)
Listing for voicemails was MUCH better before you changed it - I miss having a larger preview of each message. The new way is more difficult to view and open and wastes a lot of screen space.

Manually reset the RC desktop app version report
Wanted to have the ability to reset manually the RingCentral app version report. I'm trying to navigate a mess where half of the people in my org had the EXE install and half were automatically updating like they should. Trying to get everyone on the same auto update version and have a report that confirms that’s actually the case.

We are trying to share a call audio in RC app to the RCV active meeting, contacted support was advised that the feature can only share the recorded meeting download and share it would be better if we can share the audio of an active call to the active RCV meeting using the RC app installed app on the PC

No access or no permission to login if they are outside the office network
Wanted to set up an option or permission that no one outside their office network or VPN that can login to the RingCentral desktop application. No one can use their home network if someone is using a home network or outside their office network.

Contacted support having issues with Copper integration with Ring central was able to spoke with a representative getting error with connecting with copper CRM and we were advised to contact copper for support It would be help full if Ringcentral should be able to support copper integration for troubleshooting

Call and Text Icons to External Contacts from Call History
From RC App, when I go to Phone > Calls to check the call history, I want the Call and Text icons to be available. When I hover over my cursor to my External Contacts from Call History, it only shows Message and Video even if they don't use RingCentral App.
When viewing the phone app and communicating with someone who doesn't have RingCentral, users want the ability to communicate directly (call or text) instead of being notified to encourage contacts to become RingCentral users.

Email notifications for direct messages, even if there is activity in the app
I would like to continue receiving email notifications for direct messages, even if there is activity in the app, as long as the message hasn't been seen or opened within 15 minutes. In that case, the email notification should be sent after the 15-minute window has passed.
