  1. As a customer whose handling multiple accounts, it is convenient for them to use a dummy email especially if the email has been used or if the admin does not allow personal email. After setting up the credentials by the admin, users would try to log into their account however, as since its their first time to log in, it always ask them to check email to confirm the log in without asking for the password they have set for the user.   2. Currently, the MSI file for installing the MS Teams Ring Central Plugin can trigger a request for Administrator elevation in order to complete the installation. If the MSI could be set to automatically elevate to Administrator to smooth out the installation process that would be great. I was able to implement this change in my own administration by wrapping the .EXE installer for the plugin in to an MSI package and forcing the MSI package to elevate - which resulted in a seamless installation process that required 1 click to complete and did NOT require elevation.

  11. Ability to FLIP a call from the desktop application to the deskphone prior to the receiving party connecting. As is currently designed, the CALL FLIP can ONLY occur after the call has been connected. The problem with this is that once a call has been FLIPPED, hold music will play. This is very distracting to the party being called and does NOT provide for a smooth transfer. It should appear seamless to the party being called and not disrupted with hold music.

  14. I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose.
