RingCentral App for All In One Fax machine
Customer has a s Xerox AltaLink C8155 Copier that would like to utilized the faxing from device instead of having connected an ATA adapter. They are looking for application that can be installed to the copier.

The ability to turn the ringer volume down on the ring central mobile app after the new design update.
In the previous version of the app (according to ring central) you were able to turn the ringer volume down separate from the volume of your phones ringer. In the updated version of the app, its not an option. The ringer for ring central is obnoxiously loud and it disturbs my coworkers and blasts my ear off if I get a call while already on the phone.

Options: Retrieve deleted message from RingCentral App
When someone send you a message and the senders deleted it, the one who recieve the message would like to retrieve it

Auto DND while computer locked
I work in a help desk capacity and I think an extremely useful feature might be a toggle for Auto DND mode while computer is locked. I primarily answer calls on my computer and would like to be able to step away from my desk and return without having to set my presence. It would have to also restore available presence when computer is unlocked as well, assuming presence was set automatically and not manually.

RingCentral App Compatibility with Azure Virtual Desktop
As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

Add support for Yealink T54W with Deskphone Pairing
Currently, Deskphone Pairing is able to be used with Yealink T54W desk phones but the ability to start conference calls disappears when it's turned on. Officially, the Yealink T54Ws aren't supported with Deskphone Pairing but we would like to see full support for this once Deskphone Pairing is fully released.

Ability to Schedule Text Messages
For offices that use Ring Central for scheduling customers/confirming appointments, it would be great to be able to write out a text and have it scheduled to send on x day at x time. For example, if I wanted to tell Susan that her vet appointment is scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, then I want it to send a prewritten text on Monday so that she can respond to confirm the appointment. Fix Availability Status for Users with messaging disabled
Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

To be able to take calls when on a video conference
With the recent RingCentral app update, user are no longer allowed to receive calls when on a RingCentral Video conference meeting. It automatically updates the user status to DND. Customer is requesting to revert this changes as it affects their work flow.

Excel File transmitted as a default file type via fax
Customer would like to get an excel file as is when it is being sent in fax and not translated as a pdf file since the company where she's sending it to, will only accept excel file via fax and not through email.
