User Groups do not respect Role Permissions
User Groups override permissions from assigned Role Permissions for the assigned Manager of the group. User Groups should specifically respect ALL role permissions and should be subject to the Role Permission OR the User Group should contain it's own list of Role Permissions. This benefits Company's that are trying to control who has access to specific features within your system. Do Not Disturb for all alerts from RC mobile and desktop app-including Messaging not just phone calls
The auto DND when in a meeting for incoming calls is great however can it be build or a new feature be built for either all RC notifications to be auto DND while in a meeting or at least to include Messaging/Text notifications as well?

Change Status from Outgoing Calls to Missed Calls if incoming calls was missed from the IVR
When someone calls the IVR and pressed a key to the IVR (route to Call Queue Extension) and the call queue member missed the call, it shows from the Apps that it is an outgoing call instead of missed. Which is very confusing. Should be tagged as missed call.

Ability to show the call schedule on caller screen

Contact Search - Include Details
In the old Ring Central Phone app when you searched in the contacts app the search included all fields, including company name. The new app does not do this.Might be worth while to expand the search range to include all details.

Option to connect an application to a RingCentral number in receiving MFA
I have tried to reset the MFA in the admin account for the user and it doesn't do anything. I don't want it to go to the ringcentral app I want it to go to an MFA app if that is possible. like a 3rd party app you enter the mfa code into.

Turn off/on the general line from mobile app
It would be great to have the possibility to turn off/on the general line from mobile app. At the moment there is no possibility to do it and all the calls are being displayed as missed, however I don't need them to be missed or to be notified about it if I accidentally forgot to turn off the GL in the PC app.

Sync desk phone status to RingCentral app
Need a feature to synchronize the status of a desk phone to the RingCentral apps. Example: If the Yealink device will be set to DND, the RingCentral apps status should change to DND as well.

Clear all notifications
Please add a “clear all notifications” button.
I have now gone on two years with my app saying I have 4 notifications when I don’t. It shows, I check, see nothing, it says 0 notifications. Then I get 1 message and instead of 1 it says 5 notifications, I check, see the 1, it says 0 then I close the app and it will still sometimes say 4.
I’ve submitted tickets. No resolutions.
I’ve checked messages, task, events, calls (which I disabled as well for me), voicemail (disabled as well).
I have no notifications anywhere but it still says I…

Avaya App - Print to Fax
The RingCentral desktop app has the ability to download a plugin under Settings > Phone > Fax > Print to Fax > Install. Could this same option be added to the ACO Desktop app?Before RingCentral App update Desktop: 23.4.26.8723 Windows (x64) ACO users were able to sign into the RC App and use this functionality. Now attempting to sign in returns me to the sign in page.

New Layout Should Also Include Timestamps of Call Logs
Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.

Status sync with MAX agent and RC app
When someone changes the status in MAX agent they want their status in the RC app as well best example would be, if they are in a meeting and they switch their status in MAX agent RC app will change the status to DND so that they will not receive any calls in the RC app.

Be able to add your own extension to HUD
I would like to add my own extension to HUD so I can easily see my status. Sometimes I forget to go off DND when coming back from lunch.

Add Call Queues to HUD
We have a small company and we use a call queue to field all calls coming in on our main number. If someone is on vacation and someone else is at lunch, we have only 1 person available on the phone. If they are on their line, there is no way to know if a call is coming in on the call queue. If we could list is on HUD, we could maybe see when another call is coming in.
