Improve Bluetooth connection for RC app.
the app that is for android for some reason when its connected to a bluetooth device like a car when he gets calls and tries to answer it it will automatically end the call and it goes to voicemail

In RingCentral when I am on a call, there is a separate dial-pad window that shows up outside of the RC window. Can we have the option to get this embedded back to the RC Window?

Disable separate incoming call window in RingCentral Web
Can we have the option to disable the separate incoming call window in RingCentral web? It's a little bothersome when you are typing something, and you get interrupted by that window. I am fine with tabbing back over to answer a call; in addition to using the call options. It was fine before the new UI kicked in.

New Layout Should Also Include Timestamps of Call Logs
Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.

DND Timer for Lunch
Would be nice to have a way to set DND at a user level in the Ring Central app.For insance going to lunch, set DND for 1 hr, this way it automaically accepts Q calls after the hour break and you dont "forget" to turn it back off.

A button for status change
Customers prefer a quick way to have their status message be changed on the application just like with what there is for DND status. A button to click on or a dropdown to choose from is what's being requested.

Mobile Data option for Android Auto
When Android Auto Wireless is in use the RC app does not send through audio and tries to route the call through Wifi when no internet connection is available since it is only using wifi for the connection to Android Auto. We don't want to use our cell phone number for the calls. Direct dial data has only wifi or mobile data, wifi or carrier minutes only. You should add an option for Mobile Data Only that way RC app would not think the wifi connection is an actual live internet connection and would not use it.

Don't Auto Close Profile Menu
In the EX client, when you click on the bubble, that could contain your picture, leave that window open until user decides to close. Meaning; if I need to change my availability, status and turn on accept call q's instead of that window auto closing like it does now, causing me to have to open it again, leave it open with a X in the upper corner to close when you are done with that window.

Can we schedule a text message to send at a later time? Can we schedule when to send a text message?
It would be helpful to send text messages at a specific time so it's more acceptable and professional, especially when it's late and we can only check it at a later time, we can at least draft a response and send it on a more acceptable time of the day.It would be helpful to schedule text messages so we can send them at a later time when it's more acceptable by professional means.

Ability to label a fax on the list
Right now, the fax is labeled with who it is from in the inbox.We would like to be able to label each fax for our purposes (ie, what it is)Then we could scan the list to find the faxes we need, rather than having to open up each one to see what it is. We were able to do this with our previous provider of faxes.
