  2. Customer would like to get an excel file as is when it is being sent in fax and not translated as a pdf file since the company where she's sending it to, will only accept excel file via fax and not through email.

  4. Hello, We would like to be able to turn off the fax feature on our mobile apps.We are encouraging all our employees to use the mobile app on their cell phones but we do not want them to have access to our clients medical records (they are usually sent by fax).

  5. Although I am an employee of RingCentral, I must confess that there have been occasions when I have utilized our competitor's (Teams) messaging system. One feature that I particularly appreciate in Teams is the ability to automatically tag or notify individuals in text conversations, without the need to manually insert the @ symbol. In considering ways to enhance our own RingCentral application, it may be worthwhile to explore the implementation of a similar feature.   10. The call logs report under Settings>Phone>Calls tab are misleading in RingCentral Desktop app version 24.1.10.3459 with New app layout with unified inbox. For example, I called the customer on her direct number and it shows her name on the 1st line of information followed by Outgoing call tagging in the 2nd line. It seems like the customer called me instead of me making an outgoing call to her.

  11. The tooltip that appears when hovering over the icons above the message line does not go away after you start typing. The tooltip covers the message text box and you can't see what you're typing. This is annoying and requires you to move your hands off the keyboard back to the mouse to move it.

  12. This is the primary reason I go into the RingCentral app throughout the day, catching up on unread messages. I believe for a while you had this feature. It'd be great to be able to navigate up and down in the list of unread conversations shown in the Unread pane.

  13. Right now, auto-receptionist has the option to set up a prompt that they will ask the caller to press any key to prove that they are not ROBOCALLS and customer would like to have the same feature-request on a user level. Blocking Robocall does not block them 100%.

  14. RC mobile app to have options for which items to appear. other than rearranging the app, an option to totally delete items that is not needed or unused, so they won't appear on the menu

  15. It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

  16. I have a lot of chats (private and group as well), so I use folders to manage them. For instance, I have a Team folder with chats with my teammates. However, some of my teammates are members of different projects or teams. So, I want to add such conversations and chats in multiple folders instead of moving them to one folder.Another example.   18. The latest update moved the merge button from the main screen to a location 3 clicks deep. Previous location was more convenient and intuitive. A possible idea/solution would also be to make the button placement customizable based on everyday use and business needs.

  19. ability to manage call forwarding in the RC Mobile App, So no need to go to the admin portal or to the desktop app to manage it. It will be easier if customers can add, turn on, or off the call forwarding directly on the mobile app.
