Edit individual events within a repeating schedule.
If an event is set to "repeat", ex. weekly or monthly, it would be helpful to have the option to edit the description section (and possibly other details, like the "location") of single events within the series...for example, a weekly meeting that features a different topic each week.

ipad phone app use Ringcentral app as backend calling facility/Click to dial through Ipad
Wanted functionality whenever anyone makes an outbound call through the Ipad phone app, you have a functionality to choose Ringcentral app as a dialer. Current Ipad air version doesn't show the Ringcentral app as an option within the Ipad's phone app to make calls.

Search Text in Adaptive Cards
We have notifications go into RingCentral from incoming webhooks in form of adaptive cards. They contain text that can be selected and even copied but cannot be searched within the RingCentral app. Would it be possible to update the search function to be able to do this?Thank you!

Hello, We would like to be able to turn off the fax feature on our mobile apps.We are encouraging all our employees to use the mobile app on their cell phones but we do not want them to have access to our clients medical records (they are usually sent by fax).

Send Group Voicemails to a RingCentral Team
It would be great to have voicemails from a call queue be able to be sent directly to a RingCentral team channel in addition to email. This would allow for immediate collaborative communication among the team to listen to the voicemail/read the voice-to-text right in the place where they're spending a lot of their time already.I found a workaround to make this happen by creating a user, assigning them a license, and adding them to both the team channel and voicemail distribution list. requiring god-level access for RC Desktop is a security risk
RingCentral for Microsoft Teams1. Minimum of Application Administrator and User Administrator Roles2. Other screen shots in the Admin Guide indicate the service account also needs the Teams Administrator and Privideged Administrator Roles (Both of those are also highly-privileged roles)It seems to be very risky to login an admin with those privileges onto a foreign site. Kinda asking to be hacked - it doesn't matter which foreign site.Surely there must be a less risky method of this? option to answer multiple calls / choose what to answer in mobile app
when on a mobile device and 2 calls come in at once, we are unable to pick which call we can answer. We are only able to answer the first call that came in.

We should have notification on our end if the other user on the call que answered the call so we know that they get the call.

See calls and messages for more than 1 extension from the Application.
I think this is useful if we can see the calls, messages, and faxes for more than 1 extension on the app on my phone.

We would like the ability to insert a link to a Microsoft 365 SharePoint folder in a message to another staff member. Allowing use the ability to quickly open the SharePoint folder and access the file inside for review and approval.

Pay attention to the Mac's focus (DND) setting
When I enter a meeting on my Mac, I turn on DND. This silences all notifications EXCEPT the RingCentral app. The RingCentral app should pay attention to this setting like any Macintosh app. If the user wants it to ring through, they can add the app as an exception. But I have no option to make it pay attention to the setting

RC App New Action Message Option(s) Parody - Allow For Attachment(s) and FONT changes
Currently, when creating a new 1:1 or 1:many message through New Action (+), the app does not allow for the inserting of attachments, nor the manipulation of FONT. You must first send a message to the user, then edit that message to add the attachment or adjust the FONT as required. Parody for our messaging options is important.

MSI installer with Auto-Install Print to Fax
-admins can implement/deploy the RingCentral app and it would automatically install Print to Fax-currently, they have to click on Install to get the Print to Fax feature (settings > phone > Fax > Install for "Print to Fax")

Request for Call Queue Visualization Tool
We have faced some inconsistencies with our call queue priorities in the past, and would like to see if it would be possible for a tool to be put into place to give a visualization to the actual placements and priorities of the staff in a rotating call queue; while notating the idle time or current status would be nice, simply seeing where staff are in relation would greatly assist in our reading of statistics and be able to deduce details without requiring direct support.
