We call each other internally but regardless the Launch an External App or Website for incoming calls feature launches itself. It would be nice to have the option that for internal RC calls to not have that launch

Fix the Status indicator dot.
When we decided to adopt Ring Central for our company, one of the considerations was the fact that the status indicator could be set to "available" and it would remain that way. Using this we would know that people had logged in and were ready to work. Later after an update, this no longer works. We have no idea if one of our people is available because the damn dot turns itself to "invisible" when ever it wants to seemingly. if this isn't resolved in some fashion as part of the next update, I'm going to begin transitioning our company…

Management to be able to see the sign in/out times for staff
This is incredibly useful across multiple business/departments. This can be used by management to see the sign in and out times of staff to see when they commence/finish work. This can be a great asset to assist with payroll information also.

When a user locks their computer, the customer would like DND to be automatically activated.
When a user locks their computer, it would be convenient to have the app automatically enter DND mode.

there should be explanation or brief description when data export is converted so admins can easily read the data instead of just having number and IDs

Display status next to profile button
It would be helpful to display the Status text next to the profile button if I set a status using the Share Status option. Sometimes when I use the "Turn off" option on the red DND bar I forget to change my status. It would remind me to either change\disable it if it was always displayed in the RC app.

Display Desktop Notification Until Acknowledged
We would like to be able to set desktop notifications to display until acknowledged, so that we do not miss any notifications for incoming messages, missed calls, or voicemails. At this point in time, the Windows notification settings dictate how long the message window is displayed, with a max time of 5 minutes, which still can easily get missed.

Messaging data export in a more legible format
Currently we can download an export of data for a user(s), but this is no more than an archive dump where JSON files are received and an employee with a modicum of IT knowledge must intervene to make the data readable. I would like a method to allow managerial staff to view the data without requiring IT knowledge. This can come into play if an employee is fired for untoward conduct either toward another employee or a client. This data should never leave the manager's office to be "decrypted".

i would like to be able to upload an excel file in the chat and the folks int he chat can open the file with me and make edits at the same time. Exactly like Microsoft teams. If I can get that, I can replace teams all together

Add smart cropping of images/documents for RC Mobile App faxing
Problem: When creating and sending a fax from the RC mobile app, end users are not able to properly frame the documents they are photographing and end up having dead space around the image. The attached photo shows an example of dead space customers want help removing.Google does this in their Photo Scan App for mobile devices. Transfer Voicemail Message to another extension
Sometimes callers leave messages that are for a different department or a different colleague. It would be helpful to have a button to transfer the voicemail message to a different extension.

Centralized Contact List for all the extentions
Can we have a centralized contact list where all of our contacts can be accessed by different extensions. What we have now is if I'll add a contact my team mates can't see it. They have to ask me for the details and in the event that I am out of office it'll be hard for them to reach that contact without me. If only, we have the option to see all the contacts all across extensions that'll be great!

When using the web version of RC - add a way to suppress background noise
When using the RC phone app or in meetings we have the ability to suppress background noise. We utilize the RC Contact Center and have received customer complaints on noise level. The RC web phone does not have the ability to suppress.

Soft phone integration with desk phone
Currently, there does not seem to be an integration with the RingCentral MVP App and our desk phones. Meaning if I am logged in to the APP there is no feature that allows me to make the App my primary source for calls. If I am logged into the App, both the App and my desk phone will ring.
