Disable the option for a user to change their display name associated with their assigned number. Allow it to only be changed by admins.

Mute other sounds when taking calls on RingCentral Desktop app
It seems you used to have this feature in the phone only app: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/RingCentral-Phone-Desktop-Reduce-Mute-Other-Sounds-Windows-During-Call.htmlThis needs to be added to the new 3 in 1 app as well. It's a pain to mute music or other sounds when a call comes in. Thanks.

Create an option to remove the apps tab in the RingCentral application
Currently the apps tab is tied to the messaging feature. The only way to remove the apps option is to remove messaging from an account. It would be helpful if these were separate so that I can control whether users are allowed to add apps to their application while still maintaining the messaging feature.

The message and apps options are no longer tied together, so you can request that apps be removed from your account without removing messaging as well. Thank you!

Adding contact to common company contact book
Adding contact from last received number to a common company library rather than saving the number to the user profile. This allows us to trace all contacts and interactions added and there is no duplications of contacts to the company contact library.Currently if 1 user saves the number the other 2 users cannot see it as the contacts if they themselves save it to their profiles. I wish if there was common RC Contact directory where all the phone numbers saved that can be used by all the users.

Light weight app to reduce system resources
Some of my team members have shown me results from their computer where Ring Central softphone Glip all in one app takes up most of the systems recourses.

Allow mobile app to be logged into multiple users simultaneously or take advantage of Android's "dual messenger" function
Android's dual messenger function allows you to run multiple instances of the same app simultaneously on one device. This allows you to be signed in to multiple accounts, or in this instance, multiple extensions, at the same time on the same device. The reason that I find this potentially helpful is because I am not able to receive messages(sent to our main number) while I am logged into my personal extension on the app.

Increasing Paging Only group to more than 25 devices
I have a client that needs to use this feature for tornado warnings, tornado drills, fire drills, mass alerts to the company. They have 75 devices on hand in various rooms throughout the facility and need to be able to page all of them to alert individuals in the building of an emergency.

Rename a phone number during a conference meeting when they dial in
Hello Dev, I hope you are having a great day. Context: we created a meeting using RingCentral Scheduler in Outlook. As you know, this allows us to send an email containing RC link to the meeting and the dial in phone number with access code. Delete Missed Call History
We have been told it is not within the system parameters for my phone app to "know" that someone else in the office has answered a phone call, thereby creating a HUGE Missed Call list in my App. I would like to suggest adding a feature to allow us to delete my entire Missed Call History at one time, like it is possible to delete All Call History. To have an option for outbound faxes to send to all users and have attachments.

Add the function to delete an entire text conversation with another RingCentral user.

Disable HUD park notification
Every time a user parks a call, the entire office gets notified. This is confusing as it implies that the call is parked for them to pick up. Users do not need to be notified when a call is parked.

Yellow Calling Indicator
The green bubble next to your name, it would be helpful if it changed to yellow when you hit send on a call while you're waiting for it to connect. Then others can tell that you're dialing and not interrupt by calling them.

Need to separate the permission for profile picture and messaging
Currently, the ability for a user to edit their profile picture is tied to the permission setting to hide the messaging tab. This should be two separate things.

Text and Voice message management
managing text and voicemail messages in the app is seriously lacking any features other than Delete! No archive or folder management. We need to be able to mark messages for follow-up, etc. Folders alone would allow this.

Text auto reply and signature
While away on lunch, out of office or not available auto reply would be very helpful when receiving a text. Automatic custom made Signature for every text sent would also save time and so the members know who sent the message.
