  10. In the favorite contacts list in the RC app, you can see the status of your favorite contacts, if they're available or on a call. But you can't see who the person is on a call with.

    In the HUD, you can see who the person is on a call with.

    Bring this feature to the favorite contact list too! I use the HUD to add contacts to my phone buttons, and don't have the same list set up on my favorite contacts.

  11. There is a scan to fax option when sending a fax inside the RingCentral. Would it be better if there is a separate settings or tab for Scan to Fax feature inside the RingCentral app.

  12. As the title states, an emergency alert banner that can be displayed across the top of the screen similar to Rings update banner. In the event of an emergency (Fire, shooting, natural disaster, etc) the ability to quickly notify everyone in the company is imperitive. Something that can be quickly sent out from users with the correct access and that displays accross all of the Ring Central apps and programs.

  13. At this point, the implementation of selecting multiple voicemails is very poor (pencil icon to enable checkboxes for selection). Why not use industry standards and allow 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' to select multiple voicemails?

  14. The customer wants the option to delete multiple voicemail messages. Instead of using the pencil icon, they would prefer to delete messages by holding the "Control" key and highlighting the voicemails they want to delete, or by using a three-dot menu option to select and delete them.

  18. Support the Yealink BH74 - Bluetooth Wireless Headset as listed recommended headsets for RingCentral application
    It's not listed as recommended headset to use with their RingCentral application and they wanted to know when this model to be compatible with RingCentral application. Their Yealink BH74 model is not allowing the user to answer the call using this model and it's not compatible to use with their RingCentral application

  20. I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose. The purpose of group text messages is to keep all group members on the same page so all sent and received messages need to be held…
