Poly Lens Integration with RingCentral
Plantronics Hub was retired by HP/Poly. Going forward we need to be able to use Poly Lens for our Poly headsets when using the RingCentral app on PC. Eventually our Poly headsets will not work correctly and we are already using a Band-Aid with unsupported software to make our headsets work with RingCentral. Using these headsets with the HID option doesn't work properly (headset buttons don't work properly), so we will definitely need the Poly Lens route soon.

App Size Too Big
The size of the app is rather large. When you update the app version, the system keeps the previous version of the app which adds to the issue. Would like the system to automatically uninstall the old version of the app or override the old version so there are not multiple instances.

Enable and Disable Call Recording per device
We plan to do call recording for some calls and I know the calls are recorded to the profile of the user that initiates the recording but can that be changed? For example, can we have the default location for it to save to be on a server? Since the calls need ot be saved, we didn't want to rely on someone having to move them manually and possibly forgetting.
Also, is there a way to prevent call recording on the mobile app but allow it on the desktop and hard phone?

Signed-in users option for RCV schedule meeting
I'm trying to schedule a ringcentral meeting and I'm on the advanced settings section. I'm trying to select for "signed-in users" for "Only authenicated users can join" but i only see "Signed in co-workers" What happened to "signed-in users

Dial by Searchfield
It would be useful, if it is possible to dial via the search-field. When I paste a Number there (oder put in in manually) and there is no contact and i press enter, nothing happens.
Instead of "nothing happens" it would be great, if it is a number (even if there is no contact), that it is dialed with the phone. So it is not neccessary to switch from Messages or Journal to the dialpad and paste the number there.

I run 2 x 28". Two CRMs, outlook app, three browsers, PDF editor, Excel, Word, and Phone; at all times. the size of the phone app is critical.

AI Assistant extensive notes
We have just recently started testing the AI functionality with RingCentral and we noticed that even though the notes are very accurate, they are also very short and miss a few quantitative data points we think would be interesting to have collected.
We are in the healthcare industry and some of those data points would include the Member ID, NPI, Date of Service, TIN, etc.
Are those settings we can change in the application to have some more extensive notes taken? Or is this feedback we can share for future development maybe?

Align Ring Count Settings with Audible Ringtone Across Devices
Currently, in RingCentral user ring settings, each “ring” is defined as 5 seconds of ring time. However, the audible ringtone pattern differs by device (e.g., desktop app, desk phones, mobile apps). For example, when a user sets their ring setting to 3 rings (15 seconds), they may hear 6 audible rings on the desktop app instead of 3. This inconsistency causes confusion for users who expect the audible ringtone count to match the configured ring count.

Missing Caller Number in Shared Voicemails
Missing Caller Number in Shared Voicemails:
When voicemails are shared via message or email in the RingCentral app or admin dashboard, the caller’s phone number isn’t automatically included for callbacks. Our salesperson has to type it in manually. Is there a setting to enable this?3 votes
