Fax Message Transmission Result email should include a copy of the document that was faxed as an attachment.
Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

On this rollout for selected customers, the Recurring Meeting option is no longer an option. Our customers need this option to be added again so that they will no longer need to perform additional steps just to set up this feature.

Caller-ID Outbound Telephony for (paired) deskphone
Currently for and end user it is quite cumbersome to change the caller id of the desktphone. Unlike for the desktop app you cannot do this directly in the application and instead need to switch in the preference menu.
This is not a good user experience when you are using especially a paired phone.
Please add another row to allow a user to change the caller id of the deskphone more comfortably for the configured deskphone.
Or automatically adjust the own caller ID in the phone when pairing the phone?

RingCentral app Contact Status
We're considering adding a feature to display user status directly in the Contacts list, without the need to click on individual names. This would show statuses like "in a call," "in a meeting," "offline," "online," and "available to receive calls." We believe this could enhance user experience by providing quick, at-a-glance information about contact availability.

Automatically switch inbetween between audio source via Ringcentral app
Hi, I constantly lose connectivity on my Bluetooth device while on a call, even though my device was fully charged. I need an option on the Ringcentral app that could remember a secondary source switch automatically so that if I lose connection on my device in the future, I won't have to manually set audio sources on the Ringcentral app.

Allow Ring Central Mobile app to orient the screen based on phone settings
Give the Ring Central app the ability to orient the screen to your phone settings. It is really annoying when the screen on my phone is tilted to a "landscape" and the app view does not adjust when I orient my phone in a different way.

Option to Disable “Switch Call to This Device” Banner
There is currently no setting to disable the “Switch call to this device” banner when using VoIP calling. The banner appears automatically once the app is installed and calling is enabled.
While this supports call continuity, it is unnecessary for users who do not switch calls between devices and can be distracting.

A way to toggle (turn off/on) the ability for an end user to be presented with "forgot password" link, so they are forced to contact an admin to change or reset their password.
