  2. The bug that was found is that instead of ringing all the members of the Rollover Queue when the operator is busy, it rings the members of the Rollover Queue in sequential order until the Maximum caller wait time in queue limit is reached, then it transfers the call to the Rollover Queue.

  3. Even dispatchers need a lunch break.Currently if an extension is assigned to a Pickup Member for a call queue, notifications that a call is available to be picked up still occur when the ext is set to DND. There is no way to silence the notification in the RC App and the only solution offered is to log out.

  5. Currently if you are in a queue you can press * to bring up the VM pin prompt to check voice mail if you are an admin. The Problem is that when a general caller is in the queue and they press star they also get the Voice mail pin prompt. the real issues is there is no way back. they are stuck in a loop of having to enter their pin. Please add the ability to turn off * DTMF Processing while on hold in a queue

  6. All phones should be able to send a page in case of emergencies not just full licensed users. This is currently limited to only licensed users. Add limited extensions to the list for paging out of box.

  7. We have common vendors that everyone should have on their phone. Everyone would have to add these as contacts manual (even if its in a bulk upload). It would be nice if there was a way to give this power to an admin and have a 'global' address book that someone load on behalf for a select user group.

  13. When a company like ours takes thousands of calls a day and use the park lines until an agent is available to talk, it would allow for customers to speak to someone instead of hearing hold music until the agent is available.

  15. It would be great for RingCentral to filter out background noise. For example, if I'm speaking while in my car via the mobile app or via ring-out to my phone, the other party should not hear the the car engine, honking, door chime, door shut, etc. If I'm walking on a treadmill, they should not hear the treadmill. They shouldn't hear kids in the other room, a dog barking, coughing, keyboard tapping etc. This should work via all channels, i.e., desktop soft phone (Mac), mobile app, ring-out. The quality of certain faxes rendered in the RC system is suboptimal- in particular, high resolution scanned documents scanned in color, to the extent that portions of inbound faxes of this type have sections of text rendered nearly illegible, illegible, and/or not recognizable by modern OCR systems. It's a functional issue. The backdrop is suboptimal rendering of even native black text files- all text and elements look as though they were rendered on a dot matrix system from the mid 90s.

  17. I would like the ability to give different IT admins granular read/write/delete role permissions. For example, I want someone to have the ability to view all phone numbers, but not the ability to delete it or to change it. I want to give someone the permission to view the Auto-Receptionist settings, but not change them. Or the ability to update call queue members but not to delete it.

I would like to see more granular controls in the user admininstration permission group under "Roles", so that we can remove specific abilities such as adding and deleting users, but still give certain staff the ability to access user settings such as call handling, and to apply user templates.

  19. Currently, queue members can only hear voicemails through the use of an E-mail attachment if they have e-mail notices turned on. They cannot delete any queue voicemails. The messages will pile up until it hits the max of 200 in the box. The only way to let someone delete those is to give them "Phone System Admin" access, which let them access way too many other sensitive settings of the system.
