  1. Auto Answer Feature sync in Physical Deskphone provisioned. The customer is inquiring about the availability of the Auto Answer feature for their user extension in RingCentral app. They would like to ensure that this feature is also synchronized with their deskphones. In other words, they want to be able to auto answer calls from both their user extension and deskphone through the RingCentral app.

  4. Being hands free when talking to customers on the Ring Central mobile app is essential for us at our company. All of our company calls are forwarded to the cell phones of our customer service reps and they answer via the Ring Central mobile app.If we dial out on the mobile app the bluetooth (air pods) connect automatically. However, if an incoming call comes in, we have to click on "Audio" and then select the Bluetooth device we want to connect to.   8. When I call in to the phone system by dialing my number. Then I hit 3 to dial out so it broadcast my CID, you have a very short time to dial the number. If you stop for just a little while the system cancells your dial and you have to start over. Since this is usally done while driving there is a safety while driving concern. Having more time would be very helpful.

  10. When hot desk phones are in the logged out state, they display the tenant super admin's extension and the clock in the super admin's time zone. This should be customizable. I have hot desk phones in multiple locations in different time zones but now many of them show the wrong time as only a single time zone is allowed for all.

  19. Multiple users got attacked by external scripts on anonymous servers, and they got logged out of their RingCentral services. To bulk enable users's account, we would like to have a function to mass enable accounts instead of going into individual accounts to enable the users again.

I understand that you can add or import contact to the "Personal" contact list, but these contacts are only available to 1x user.I want a Centralised contact-list or Telephone Directory that can be shared with all-users of my company. This is the most important thing in a compnay that user's have access to contact-lists/telephne numbers those can be shared accross the compnay/users.I stronlgy recommend to introduce this feature. It is a basic feature provided in other telephone systems.
