Asking for the Faxes and Voicemail to be received on the RingCentral App for multiple Users.
Faxes are showing on the RingCentral App of the User that is receiving the app but I want the fax to also show on the other Users RingCentral App.

Disable the automated voicemail being sent after an update has been made on their user settings like their email address domain.
When the customer is making an update on their user settings like their email address domain they are getting an automated voicemail confirming the said change and they've made and they wanted it disabled.

Click to Dial Using Mobile App Alone
I’m looking for a way to have the outbound call go through the mobile app instead of the desktop app and desk phone. Our users don’t have headsets for their computers, but do have earbuds for their cellphones, so we want to click to dial and have it ring through the cell phone app only.

mention or hyperlink from initial message
@ mention and hyperlink content in initial message from the "create/draft message" button from messaging home screen. currently when creating a "New Message" - you cannot tag teammates or hyperlink content, you are required to search a specific group or team member and then select an existing conversation or tag (@mention) / include hyperlinks in a follow up message.

Automatic | On-Demand Call Recording Announcement Language Options
Currently, the On-demand and Automatic Call Recording announcement can only be set in the "Main Site". Businesses that have other sites or different call routing for other languages don't have the option to create a separate call recording announcement with a different language.
It would be better if Automatic and On-Demand call recording announcements have the option to create another announcement with a different language that can be set to the call routing to the department who handled the customer calling with a different language and for the caller to also understand the announcement.

Better Emoji Functionality/Customization(Go Giants! emoji)
During RingCentral meetings, it'd be nice to choose from a variety of emoji reactions instead of the 5 basic options. Being a partner of the San Francisco Giants, it'd be great to get a custom "Go Giants!" reaction emoji. Thanks!

Keep app awake
I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement for the RingCentral app. When listening to phone call recordings, the audio stops when the screen goes blank. It would be really helpful if the app could either keep the screen awake or continue playing audio even when the screen turns off.

Callback feature in IVR system
If a caller is waiting in the call queue, callers should have an option to opt in for SMS/Push to text with the help of Klara Software Integration.
For Example:
"If you want to continue to hold and speak with an agent, press 1. If you want to receive an SMS so an agent will reach out to you, press 2" The caller should receive an SMS based from what they selected from the IVR.1 vote -

RingCentral app compatibility with snap dragon elite x (for windows)
Snapdragon is a versatile system-on-chip (SoC) that powers a range of devices, from mobile phones and tablets to laptops and desktops. As of now, it is not listed as one of the recommended hardware's which limit our app to for installation and usage.
