MVP Desk Phone License With No DID
Currently, if a user needs a standard MVP license and uses a desk phone, they MUST have a DID assigned. There are many use cases where you may want to assign a desk phone to a user without using a number from the inventory. This is currently causing a lot of problems in my organization.I've heard it was previously possible to assign a desk phone without using a DID. I'd like to bring that feature back.

Bypass SSO.
I (admin) am trying to change a user's forgotten pin#. we use SSO instead of passwords, and to change the pin it is asking me for the current admin password, even though i am currently signed on as the admin AND we do not use passwords.

Having our meeting invites show a Mexico call in number
We would like the Mexican number to show in the body of the email as clicking on the link will introduce additional steps and some users may not have a data connection at the time of the meeting.So having a phone number that may be on printed out with a meeting invite is important, especially for the Mexican number.

Detailed monitoring of Polycom phones
We are putting in a network management system (AUVIK) to get a complete overview of the equipment on our network. The NMS sees the phones, but only provides basic information. Is there a way to get more information? Possiby SNMP? Our physical phones are all the Poly CCX 400.

The ability to turn the ringer volume down on the ring central mobile app after the new design update.
In the previous version of the app (according to ring central) you were able to turn the ringer volume down separate from the volume of your phones ringer. In the updated version of the app, its not an option. The ringer for ring central is obnoxiously loud and it disturbs my coworkers and blasts my ear off if I get a call while already on the phone.

Better Take Advantage of White Space
It would be great if the admin portal (service.ringcentral.com) actually took full advantage of my screen size. I have 1080p and 4k monitors, and there is a lot of whitespace on either side of the screen. Normally, that's not a huge problem, but when reviewing call logs or look ing at users, you have to scroll to the side a little bit to see all of the information.It's really frustrating that the content doesn't take up more of the screen than it does.

...ension and manually hit send to. - user extension wanted to have a short cut when doing the transfer instead of pressing lot of keys on the phone they wanted one key to transfer the call - they dont want to use the presence as it has limited numbers only and they have lot of users and they wanted a short cut instead

Custom rule on extension if it is a member on a queue should still work even the calls are routed to a call queue.
Customer wanted to create their different business hours and after hours forwarding. But it is not working when the calls are routing to a call queue. We set up a call forward during after hours going to his direct mobile and a different call forward during business hours.The extension will automatically tagged as unavailable once the extension hits the after hours. Creating custom rule for that specific extensio will not work.

RingCentral App Compatibility with Azure Virtual Desktop
As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

Add vault for U.S . numbers
RingCentral has a vault for Australian numbers and it would be much better if we had vault for U.S numbers
