  1. When you export the existing file, you cannot put the same data for mobile numbers and company numbers. It will give you an error unless it is a different number. Hope you can input the same number for them.

  2. On the app (computer) when you select RingOut you can no longer set a different caller id number. Allow the ability to select the number even if the RingOut is on.

  3. What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.

New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  8. In the US calling, add the ability to have default area codes added. Even if its something that can be added per user or phone, of just something that could be added on a your own specific RingCentral account.

  16. Where would an end user go to audibly record their name for use in the system directory. I can find a setting for this within service.ringcentral.com, but cannot at app.ringcentral.com. It is my assumption that we want the end user going to app.ringcentral.com rather than service.ringcentral.com. It seems counter-intuitive to direct them to another site for this setting.
