For a place with a large number of phones it would be helpful to have the assigned extension number show up on the phone without needing to add it to the user name. That way people can quickly determine what phone extension the phone is.

Ability to Remove Call Recordings
The customer would like to have the ability to remove the call recordings without deleting the call logs while the recording is still within the 90-days retention periodn. They have a customer who has requested this, but they do not want to delete or remove the whole recording from the system. They still want to be able to see that they have had those calls, just not allow anyone to download or listen to them.

Send Google/Apple Maps Links via SMS
Seems crazy that you can't SMS a customer a Google/Apple Maps link to a location as it's getting marked as spam. We're a service based business that travels and meets customers on various site locations. Often times the 'address' given brings people to the wrong location so it's easier to drop a PIN and share the actual hyperlink to the meeting location. See an example below.

Poly VVX Phone Message Light should turn on with Co-Recipients
With the new Co-Recipients feature for voicemails, especially for Message-Only Extensions, it would be beneficial for RingCentral to be able to turn on the Messages Light on the Poly VVX phones. This would provide a visual indicator that a message is waiting for staff that are not using any apps.

Rate Center Changes
It is confusing to get a number from a different area that reflects that it is local when it is not close the impacted area. For example, the area codes 608 and 715 will reflect that they belong to Green Bay even though they are not, they just happen to neighbor this area. If RC Rate center is not available this will reflect the nearest city and can cause major issues for companies that need to have local numbers appear that way. Call numbers that are not stored in E.164 (e.g. in connected CRM systems) should be callable.Specifically, there are customers who currently have systems in which the phone numbers are not entered correctly.These customers cannot switch to Unify Office / Ring Central because the correction would require a lot of effort.The requirement is to convert any phone number into a dialable E.164 format.Example:+49 (0) 8153 1234567 must be converted to +49 8153 1234567.Almost all UC systems available in Germany / Europe support this function.

it would be helpful if we can set on where a specific ext will ring ring if a specific extension receives an incoming call. when the option "ring my phone when any user I am monitoring rings" is enabled the ext will only ring for a specific ext only

Ability of the system to copy existing IVR sub-menus
There could be dozens of sub-menus, but ultimately the only way to have it in two languages is to build the entire tree TWICE and then do all future changes and maintenance TWICE.
