  5. Like the other device types and models, such as Yealink and Polycom, Cisco 8861 should not have a long reconfiguration period when signing out and signing in with a different user.

    Check this CISCO article where it could be a custom config that RingCentral can implement to remove the reconfiguration in between shared lines login: https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-applications/all-phones-restarted-while-login-with-extension-mobility/td-p/4459948

  8. There is add number or coworker in the user list when you edit a single user settings, but when you create a user template, you can't add number or coworker which cause a lot work when we create new users.

  9. Agents from the PH will have the host (PC) and the patients from the US will have the controller (iPad)

  10. On the MS Teams integration, when you open it, the default buttons you see are:
    Phone, Contacts, SMS, Fax & More.

    -We would like to have the ability to customize these buttons where we could either remove SMS & Fax for certain users or put SMS & Fax on the 3-dots option or more so it's not included on the default view.

  13. It would be great to have the ability to schedule more than one call forwarding instance at a time for a single site/number.

    For example I have a site that just requested 6 separate days worth of forwarding but each day the call goes to a different one of our sites plus the start and end times differ from one another. Would be great to be able to schedule more than one at a time as this would lessen the work load of admins who handle these.

  15. Hold Feature - If Hold Limit exceed the Caller on Hold will be transferred to another extension

    EXAMPLE:
    Caller and Receiver on call , then the Receiver placed the call on Hold, in a certain time if in 2 minutes , the receiver was not able to get back to the Caller in 2 minutes, the Caller will be automatically transferred to another Extension

  16. The RC app is a critical component of using RingCentral, and since Google has now finally started to seriously develop and implement Wear OS (with buy-in from 3rd party hardware vendors), RingCentral should develop a RC app for the Wear OS ecosystem.
