Spelling Checker on RC Phone for the German Language
There is no available German spelling checker on the RingCentral Phone App. The only ones availalbe are EN (UK), EN (U.S.), Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), French (EU), French (Canada) and Portuguese (Brazil).

Allow Speed Dial Pins/Options In The RingCentral App
This would be great when trying to join a call that uses a pin/number password to enter. For instance, you dial a number, and in the options afterwards, you have to enter a pin. On your mobile phone you can enter something like 111-111-1111,,,1234. Apparently, RC does not have this feature. Please add it.Thank you

Please add slider bar for voicemail
We receive tons of messages in this office. We used to be able, with the old app, to listen to parts of the message via a slider bar. Now, if we miss something we have to listen to the whole message again. Very time consuming:(

Email Notification For Call Queues With Zero Members

DND for Invisible Status
Make it so when you go invisible, DND is enabled as well so you do not get calls. We have receptionist that sometimes leave during office hours and the DND status makes it look like they are in the office still when they are not.

Showing available when connecting to a call
Currently when we make a call out to someone, the status shows as available until we are connected to the other person. This should show as "on a call" during this time as well. Sometimes we have receptionists looking to transfer a call and they see we are available when we are actually on the phone.

Ability to Turn Off Call Quality Questionnaire
Create a way within admin portal to allow the call quality survey to be turned off for all users. Getting a number of complaints that it pops up after every call.

Currently when sending of VCF file (Virtual Card) is attempted as RingCentral Message attachment, it doesnt gets displayed right at recepient's phone

adding custom fields like social media urls in the user profile section
I have users asking for the ability to add their social media urls to their profiles. Admins should be able to add custom fields like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn to the user profile section. Right now you have Name, Email, department, company, phone number, website these are very basic.

Don't use the name I use for my internal org on your public facing boards
Surprised that I'm sharing my internal name with this board. Glad I wasn't announcing the days of my PTO when I posted my last idea. This strikes me as a violation of privacy, RC. I'm not one to get worked up, but I'd strongly advise you to do something about that. At least give posters a way to edit how their name appears on posts.

Ability to mark Text as "Read or Unread" using Office@Hand Unified App (Desktop Version or Web Version)
When going to the text tab in the Office@hand desktop app and clicking on the three dots , User is not getting the option to mark the message as "Read" or "Unread" , they only see that option in the mobile app

Sales team to communicate all feature needs
We have 14 ring Central numbers and when we added one a year ago the assumption was that it would have all the same features as the ones already existing numbers for our company. Come to find out the number did not have texting as an option because of where that number is being sourced from. Now our only option is to get a new number. This is not an easy solution for us as the existing number is tied to patients, pharmacies, insurers, other DR.s etc. so changing the number is not a solution. My suggestion is that when…

Video meetings sync to events on calendar
scheduling video visits either for oneself or for others showing on the calendar events in the workspace if scheduled in google workspace. Having an overall look of upcoming, current, or future all at once instead of a listed view.

Add ability to change color of links in RC phone app.
When using the dark theme in the RC phone app, links in some text messages are hard to read in the standard blue/purple link color. Having the ability to change the color to something that is easier for the user to read would be nice.

There should be an email notification sent if a data failed to sync in Archiver
If any of the customer's data (call recording, voicemail, SMS/MMS, or fax) failed to sync in Archiver, there should be an email notification sent.

Alerting/Notifications from the RingCentral Admin Portal
It would be nice to set alerts that could notify a group or user via e-mail when, for example, you reach ten licenses remaining on the account or when there are only five unassigned extensions remaining. Generally, any of the different areas of the account that require some amount of maintenance.

Achieve HUD feature parity between RingCentral Phone app & RingCentral app before deprecating RingCentral Phone
Missing features include:Call duration of all active callsComplete caller information for all active callsCorrect status (most users show offline in RingCentral app, correct status in RingCentral Phone app)Option to display entire HUD that lists all users in a narrow window (currently in the RingCentral HUD, I can only see a few users, even on a 32" Apple Pro Display XDR monitor; in the RingCentral Phone app, I can see all users easily and clearly in a narrow window that occupies perhaps a 5th of my laptop screen)

Text message auto reply
Hello. I am trying to determine how to create an auto reply to incoming text messages such as “not authorized” and to email my official email address instead of texting informally. I do not want to completely disable incoming text messages because some carriers do not let their users know that the text message they were attempting to send did not go through. I just want the ability to auto reply with instructions on which email address to formally send correspondence because I do not authorize correspondence via text messages.

call history appears pops up when someone calls
So whenever someone calls, if that phone numbers call history (or text history) would appear whenever they call. So if they call today and again tomorrow we'd know what contact had been made, who had talked to them, or texted them, etc
