  1. We have a desk phone used in a loud warehouse. We need a way to increase the volume of the desk phones volume for the ring tone on inbound calls substantially so workers not nearby the phone can still hear the phone ring throughout the warehouse and come to answer it when needed. We want to connect any speaker attachments or devices available that are compatible with Yealink T46U desk phone model.

  4. I wanted to see if there is a way to set up a report that runs for 7 days but only reports on calls made from 9-5 EST?We are also looking to set up a report that captures calls that occurred "Yesterday" from 9-5 and is ongoing. Is that possible?

  10. 087 and 084 numbers are considered "low-call" rate (charged at around 3p per minute) and many companies use this for contacting clients etc. 09 numbers are considered premium rate (charged at 25p - £2.00 per minute). These 3 options are currently bundled under "Premium" within Service WebWould it be possible to separate 087 and 084 into 1 group and keep 09 on its own?

This feature request aims to enhance the functionality of Jamaican Virtual Numbers by allowing them to receive calls from local Jamaican numbers as well. The proposed feature seeks to remove the existing limitation and enable users, both businesses and individuals, to establish a more robust local presence.

  16. On the MVP application, having a team edit option that unlocks a checkbox for the teams and/or direct messages so that they can easily be selected and moved in to folders. Use cases: New team is added and you want to select all of the direct members at once and move them to a folder for easier organization. A new issue has come up and several new teams have been created, this would allow you to move all relevant chats to one folder. New manager needs to add all of their direct reports in to a folder.

  17. We have SIP devies that have a single button to call a number or extension when pressed. In our current situation, we need a way to play a prerecorded message when the outbound call is initially answered, then after the message has played, connect the callers for a conversation. I guess it would be similar to a call line recorded message but it needs to be custom and only on certain extensions for outbound calls only.The purpose of this is for an elevator call intercom. The company recieving the call needs to know certain information about where the call is…

  18. I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline when in reality they are not. This behavior is counterintuitive- It seems to me that a new idle status would work as opposed to showing user offline. Or maintain current status of available

  19. PURPOSE: Such a field would facilitate reporting, user searches, exporting, filtering for and applying user templates based upon location in user account management. Being part of a global company I can testify this would be of great benefit.SUGGESTION: The new field could be named “Region” or “Location”. This should be a filter option in “User List” and an option for User settings templates also.

  20. For international calling, it would be beneficial for customers to be notified when a country has been blocked by RC on our account. Although in the international calling rates section in the admin portal all the countries are enabled, RC monitors and blocks some countries. We practice international law and our attorneys call various countries. We would not know which countries have been blocked until attempting to call, which you then need to submit a whitelisting form which can take 24-48 hours to process. Being notified or having access to view a list of which countries are blocked will help…
