Shift right / left to View next or previous pictures in text messages
If you have many pictures in a text discussion you need to close and reopen each picture separately, would be much easier to just swipe to the left or right to see next or previous pictures.

Ability to search for whitelisted phone numbers
Currently, there isn't anywhere within the admin portal where you can look up which numbers have been whitelisted. Can we please get this feature added so admins can check if numbers have been whitelisted or not before making requests to RC tech support to get them added.

Need plantronics on headset controls to work in RC App
The RC Phone app allowed the plantonics on headset controls to work properly. For example, when I pressed the button on the headset to answer or hang up the call the RC Phone app responded. The RC App (new unified app) does not respond to these buttons making it more difficult to operated with the app.

Dropdown Phone Options
Allow a dropdown on the Phone icon in the app, to choose with line to call that is tied to the user's profile. Currently, if we wish to dial the Mobile Phone on the account, it takes several additional/complex clicks to get there.

Custom Answering Rule: Add Recurring Events for Holidays
Instead of having to remember how to set a voicemail for every holiday each year, it would be nice to create a rule and have it repeat yearly for Holidays you know your company will be off... Like Christmas Eve and New Years. Currently, you must pick a "specific" date and time instead of being able to set recurring events.

Check Network Connectivity Through the App
RC features requires an extensive list of servers that the endpoint need to be able to reach to work properly. It would be easier to troubleshoot network connectivity related problems if there was an inbuilt connectivity status check tool or a separate app which we could download to check on the end users device. It would be easier than checking each IP individually for possible restrictions in the gateway device or the device itself.

New user permission so they are unable to switch their Caller ID from what is set
This feature would help enforce Caller ID setups and make sure they are always set to their appropriate Caller ID whether it is their direct line, a company caller ID or something else. This would apply to the extension settings in the website, and RC and RC phone apps. This would also prevent "curious" users from creating issues by dialing from someone else's Caller ID

Add Poly Voyager Focus 2 to the support headset list
I would like to see the supported headset list here https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Recommended-Headsets-and-Speakers.html?language=en_US updated to include the Poly Voyager Focus 2 (https://www.poly.com/us/en/products/headsets/voyager/voyager-focus-2) headset which is an updated version of the currently supported Poly Voyager Focus UC.

Group Video calling without sharing a link
It would greatly improve productivity to have a group video call feature like Slack does. We found that extremely helpful but would like to stay on one platform opposed to two.

Get the Number a Call was Forwarded From
It would be useful to businesses with lots of locations where calls are forwarded and picked up by a central call center. The agent taking the call needs to know which number the customer called for the purposes of identifying customers approximate location and which location they are desiring service from. If the agent has to ask the customer what city and state they are located in the agent / business loses credibility with the customer.

Add Tags or Fav to contacts in App
This feature is offered by other carriers. MY client wanted to better identify and sort his contacts that he communicates with via SMS, in the app. This could be similar the way you can sort and create groups in the messages part of the app, for use purposes, but does not require the receiver to get a RC app account (GLIP?). It would take very little coding to implement, and has a wide variety of use cases that would be enjoyed by many users.

Ability to have a route option to an IVR if a member of a call queue is busy or is set to DND.
Right now the option under a Call Queue "When members are available, but no members answer or all members are busy or unavailable " can only be set to "wait". My customer just wanted to have an option that when the member is on DND they can route the call to an IVR, which make sense.

Add support for filtering calendar to only meetings I'm hosting.
The new RingCentral Video does not support filtering Meetings to only those I'm hosting. The RingCentral Meetings does support this. This makes finding my meetings simple and should be available with RingCentral Video.

Currently there is the call screening feature available on RC phone app on desktop. The call screening feature should also be available on the unified app.

Add the ability to search meeting recordings or align the columns by host or date
Currently in call recordings you can search for a particular call recording by host or date. This is very helpful in employee training. However, for ringcentral video recordings, there is no way to search by the host or date. It is just in chronological order. This would be a very handy feature.

Queue/Group Mailbox Keys
You provide us with a Mailbox for Groups/Queues, why not allow us to program a key on the phone showing when there are messages, and providing access to those messages?

Set up an IP Phone for RingCentral Rooms for RCV (RingCentral Video)
An IP phone can be configured to work with RingCentral Meetings Rooms according to this link.https://support.ringcentral.com/article/9576.html?language=en_USBut no so such option appears to be available for those of us who have chosen (or forced) to use RingCentral Video. So now I have to have a Poly Studio X50 and a TC8 Controller for Video Conference. And then a Poly Trio 8800 in the same room for if we want to have a conference call using Audio.

Map Custom Fields with Active Directory Integration
The request is to enable the use of Custom Fields and have attribute mapping with Active Directory integration in order to push data into those fields from AD. This will require RingCentral to expose the variables for custom fields similar to other attributes that can be mapped today with AD.

Allow 911 Alert Recipients to Listen to 911 Call
When a 911 call is placed, all 911 alert recipients should be part of a queue to be able to pick up and listen to the call in real time. This will allow internal emergency teams to be fully aware of all aspects of the emergency, without wasting precious time by calling each other multiple times to coordinate.
