Caller ID
Allow ability to change the caller ID to one not listed under a site and on the fax cover page to any number. The fax lines and main lines are different, I should should be able to fill out the cover page with the correct information and not limited by RC's required numbers

Re-arrange list of caller IDs before dialing out in RC app (Desktop/mobile)
Once we dial-out in the RC app, there's a drop down list for caller IDs. Currently, we can't change the positions of the caller IDs in the dropdown list.

Multiple Caller IDs
Sometimes businesses will provide services for other businesses and need to have the caller id reflect that. It would be ideal to be able to set a unique caller ID for each outbound phone number in use. Perhaps use Phone System > Phone Numbers > All Numbers >Name as the Caller ID. Looks like it is already limited to 15 characters.

Idea: Add trace for deleted voicemail to the audit trailWho would benefit from it: All Account adminHow should it work: Audit trail should be able to track and provide details when a Voicemail was deleted, who deleted it and when it was deleted, so it will be easier for the Admin to track and explain to their User what happened to a missing or deleted voicemail.

It would be nice to be able to remove 2FA from some user accounts but keep 2FA on others. Right now it all or nothing for 2FA.

For recurring meetings. if the host is not available to start the meeting (vacation) another host is able to do so.

Ability for customers to search for known issues with any RingCentral product (bug search)
Our users report issues with RingCentral Video and the RingCentral App for Windows. I opened up support cases and the usual resolution is, try a new meeting or re-install the application. This is a good first step but it would be great to be able to search for issues or bugs with any product so we could identify if other peers have also reported the issue and if the development team is aware of what versions are impacted or if there's an expected release when the issue will be resolved.

RingCentral MVP Mobile App To Have Options To Turn-off Auto-Signed Out When Inactive for at least 14 Days
RingCentral MVP mobile app user/s is/are expecting to use it anytime they need to without them being signed-out if inactive with the app for at least 14 days. They should have options on how to manage it.

It would be great to have RCS Text Messaging capabilities integrated into RingCentral.
As more carriers push for RCS text message status and typing indicators, RingCentral might do well to get ahead of the curve with integration across as many carriers as will cooperate.

I monitor agents making OB calls and would like to be notified when they connect with an outbound call so that I can easily monitor and coach.

Email Notification for all Incidences (Service Down)
If any service going down need to get an email notification on who all enabled it, whether the impact is less or high. I have contacted RingCentral for the solution, they said if the impact is less (less than 1 hr) they will not send a notification, logically it is not the correct approach, We cannot predict the impact and how far it will affect our environment, So whenever the service going down should get the email notification. Please let me know is there any possibilities.

Requested versus Confirmed port date
The portal shows "Requested port date" in the portal, but does not update if the requested port date is changed. For example, if a port date was requested for December 3rd, but the port date needed to be moved to December 16th, the "Requested port date" would stay visible in the portal as December 3rd until the carriers confirm the December 16th port date. There should be a "Requested port date" and "Confirmed port date" in the system visible at all times. It would also be helpful if it shows which stage the porting process was in.

Would be helpful to have a way to send a note as either internal or external. While the notes feature is great, it doesn't give us much flexibility in visibility options. This would be helpful so that we can ensure that the people that should have access to the information, should be able to view the notes.

Call Presence when there is an outgoing call
I want the call presence feature to work when there is an outgoing call. I do not current use call que because I am using the auto receptionist because I need to be able to use all my numbers for texting. The problem is, because I am using the auto receptionist and not call que, when there is an out going call from my employees phone, I can not see the presence feature of the person I am monitoring. I can only see the presence feature when we get an inbound call and the employee is on the phone but…
