  2. Ring have short cuts so you can use your keyboard do actions but could they create a short cut to put you on ‘Do Not Disturb’. So instead of having to click on the circle > available > Do not disturb. It could be CTRL | D for do not disturb then CRTL | A. Less clicks are always better

  3. Using Tasks on the Ring Central App, is there a way to turn off the notification every time someone completes? If we have a number of people on the task, The task actually gets lost due to the number of notifications

  5. This would be useful to benefit those of us who have older phones. Ring Central doesn't support an app for older phones. Also if someone doesn't have room for an app, they use the web portal on their phone the same as desktop.

  8. The option of having a separate ringtone for inner office calls would greatly improve productivity. Currently having to look at the phone every time it rings to see if is my coworker , trying to reach me can be distracting.

For those of us who use a different calendar (e.g., iCal) or those who don't want to connect third party services, it seems really silly that you can't see your list of scheduled meetings by default. Not being able to see scheduled meetings without a calendar connection makes it tricky to find the meeting in order to launch said meeting... unless you have saved a copy of the invite somewhere when you first create the scheduled event (I assume?)Also tricky to make any changes to that scheduled meeting... I don't understand how this isn't already a feature!

  11. We pay for a custom on hold recording that is updated at least once a month. We have to upload that new recording into the extension for each of our receptionists one at a time. We would like to be able to upload the custom on hold recording and apply it to all our extensions so the on hold experience is consistent across our entire RingCentral environment.

  12. Currently, under performance reports when you download the RAW File for calls using the USER filter, it doesn't include the part for which USER a call belongs to. Kindly include the USERS per call in the file.

  17. We have a few sites who have asked if incoming calls can be placed on a park line after x amount of rings. This will help them better manage incoming calls and will help decrease the number of voicemails that are left.

  18. Can we have a centralized contact list where all of our contacts can be accessed by different extensions. What we have now is if I'll add a contact my team mates can't see it. They have to ask me for the details and in the event that I am out of office it'll be hard for them to reach that contact without me. If only, we have the option to see all the contacts all across extensions that'll be great!

  19. When using the RC phone app or in meetings we have the ability to suppress background noise. We utilize the RC Contact Center and have received customer complaints on noise level. The RC web phone does not have the ability to suppress.

  20. Using the ring desktop applications HUD, a receptionist when looking to see if a user is on the phone can also see who the user is on the phone with (Phone number + Name).HUGE privacy concerns. Why should any user be able to see who the CEO or Human Resources is on the phone with, name + phone number?Howcome access controls are not in place for this?
