Add more Calendar and Holiday options for Custom Answering Rules
Many of our customers request more options in terms of creating logic for Custom Answering Rules, and Smart Holiday Options.
Request to add:
- Options to specify something like "The second Tuesday of every
month from 9 AM to 5 PM"
- Options to specify something like "Annually on May 10 from 9 AM to
5 PM"
- Options to "Repeat every ## [Days, Weeks, Months, Years] and end
[Never, On __ Date, or After __ occurrences)
- Option to select smart major Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving,

Don't update phone hardware during active calls or during set business hours
We have had multiple calls interrupted when phone hardware updates have started during an active call and the call gets dropped.

Internal Caller ID
When the Incoming Caller ID Display is set to called number and internal caller ID the extensions calling 1 another will have the Incoming Caller ID displayed is the extension they are calling.
For example extension 101 calling extension 109

Option to view extensions with no activities in call logs like a button or included on the filter button

In Call Handling be able to choose the call order between desktop/phoneapps as well.
Otherwise your phone and computer begin ringing at once and it is very disturbing. If i can defrentiate between app and deskphone, why not between apps as well?

Meta Data in Voicemail Playback
Currently when playing a voicemail it plays the name of the caller, if not available the caller ID number, but not both. It would be nice to have the following per our staff request...1. the option in mailbox settings to allow you to turn on/off the envelope informaiton (was in Shoretel/Mitel in the past)2. Play both the name and number3. Play the number more slowly4. Have the ability to "rewind" so you can replay the last section without having to re-hear the entire message.

Ability to set a reminder about a message. You need a way to "remind me in x days / x hours / tomorrow / next week" etc about any particular message

Show a rolling six weeks in the calendar instead of just the weeks in the month that is showing.
Many calendars show six weeks, not just the days in a given month. For example, if I am looking at the due date and it shows today, January 27th and I know I want to schedule for February 3rd, I have to click to go to the next month. Many calendar updates are simple, but planning for the future can add extra steps.

Sticky Mute Button
Wish the app had a sticky mute feature just like Microsip does. It doesnt turn off mute every call you have to do it manuelly. I would like this feature installed into the app as an option. Also wish it would display the providers name on the app as well for easy tracing. Provider as in which upstream provider the call came from. It would be a great fraud deterrent.

Allow handling of multiple Call Queue calls
Currently, if you are on a Call Queue call you can receive a personal (direct) call at the same time and can switch to that call, reject it, etc. We have some smaller call queues where it would be beneficial for one person to be able to pick up multiple calls at a time. E.g. They're on a call queue call, see that another is ringing, and they put the original call on hold and tell the second caller that they'll be with them shortly (etc).Clearly, this would not be suitable in every instance but having the option would be…

Busy Number Auto-Redial
Busy Redial FeatureWith Verizon, if you dial a number and it is busy, you can dial *66 and hang up. Verizon will call you first when the number is free and when you pick up, redial the number that was busy so that you don't have to keep calling manually.Is there anyway for RC to look into doing this feature?

Dialed Number for Incoming Caller ID in RingCentral App
The dialed number is currently not showing in the RingCentral app, phone app, and mobile phone app. It is showing in analog/physical phone though. Please add this feature in the applications as well. Thanks.

Restrict access to Admin Portal by geographic location of IP address
Prevent logins from IP addresses that are located in certain geographic locations. For instance, give the company the ability to restrict countries or regions of the world where they do not have a presence. This would provide additional security beyond 2 factor authentication.

Voicemail setting should show up in desktop app when Voicemail Setting is selected in the Role
Desktop App > Settings > Phone > Voicemail ONLY shows up in the desktop app when Notifications is checked under User Settings in the assigned Role. It would make more sense for this to show up when Voicemail Settings is checked, as we have Notifications disabled on our standard role. This is a much more convenient way for users to edit their voicemail than having to log into the service portal.
