Disable 4-1-1 Directory Assistance
If a user dials 4-1-1 and then releasises there mistake we instantly get charged $2.75 even if the call didn't go through. I proposal that Admins shuld be able to disable this feature company wide as it's outdated and should be dropped, as 4-1-1 is obsolete.

RC Phone: Call forwarding rule based on a monthly calendar view
Please add an option to forward calls in Ring Central Phone based on a monthly calendar view. ...so at a glance of a calendar month you can see which member calls will be forwarded to, and easily change it when needed. For example, see in attached how we have 3 different members (Andres, Dan & Paul) on call throughout the month of July? Please add an option to make forwarding rules based on that. Many thanks!!

Mobile app, desktop app, and desktop phone log to show what extension picked up missed calls.
It would be helpful if the mobile app showed what extension picked up what call. Currently, when the same line rings simultaneously and one extension picks it up, it shows up as a missed call on all other extensions. I would like it if the desktop app, mobile app, and even the desktop phone showed who picked up what call instead of how it currently says missed call.

Allow text to be typed in Fax TO: field in desktop app
You should not have to add a Contact before faxing. Right now, if you fax using a template and only a fax number, then the cover letter show nothing in the TO: line. I want to be able to have a separate "TO:" field and "Fax number" field, so my cover letter is not empty. Sometimes faxes are one time only and having to add a Contact also make the process slower.

add a notification option to alert you when someone goes into an available/green state on RC desktop app.
There are times when I need to connect with a peer and they are showing in DND Or busy/red. It would be great to have the option to click that would alert me when their status changes to available/green. This would prompt me to reach out at a time that is more convenient and able to chat.

Numpad Enter key activate call on Ring Central Desktop
Using ringcentral desktop, only the main enter key activates the call after typing the phone number, the enter key connected to the numpad does not work.

Be able to reinstate a deleted employee
In places like Google and others, after an employee is deleted you usually have about a month or more to reinstate their account. RingCentral should have this feature so that if an employee was deleted prematurely, their messages etc can be retrieved within an allowed timeframe.

Apply User Templates at Add User Screen
We create users in small batches, 1 to 5 at a time. They're usually all for the same department, and need to be configured with the same template. I think it would be great to have a section in the "Add Users" screen where you could select a template to apply to these users immediately upon creation, instead of having to manually find, select, and apply template to them right after.I think anyone who frequently adds small groups of similar users would agree.
