Blacklist / block callers - an implementation idea
I see several ideas on blocking calls company-wide but here is how I would like to see it implemented. A blacklist table that after I put in a phone number I can check boxes that block that number from calling, texting, or faxing us. I also want a short description box to type "fax spam" or "harrassing calls" as a description so I know at a glance in the future why we put a block on it.

Populate IVR or site Extensions in company contacts
Allow the ability to populate Site extensions or IVR extensions in the company contacts so that operators can easily transfer to those extensions.

Send Text To Phone Number you Called at the same time
Add a button while you are calling someone to the options like "Hold, Mute, etc" in order to be able to multitask faster. Before it was easy to send but the new update it's hard to be able to send them at the same time due to having to copy the number over again to send a text.

RingCentral App - Task Subjects
Tasks are a great tool for organization and communication within the unified RingCentral App. The RingCentral Classic app has the ability to add a subject line to new tasks while the new RingCentral App does not have this ability.

Unchecked voice messages after a period of time (7 days) get forwarded automatically to another mailbox/email
Just signed up with RC with Teams. Concerned that users/staffs will not check their voice mail, so I'm being asked to switch off this good feature, even though they receive email directly

Number mask received calls
We have a hotline. It would be beneficial if there was a way to make all calls to the hotline anonymous in the call log for the user and for the system.

Call Log Filter By Time
Is it possible to add the option of filtering calls by time. This will be helpful for our users to narrow down their search through a smaller pool of calls in the logs. Currently they have to go over multiple pages to find the details for a particular call.

Break from rings between calls in call queue
To have a break between calls when working in a call queue. For example: You are working in a call queue and end a call. Another call comes in, but it doesn’t ring for you, it just rings for everyone else in the queue for30 seconds before ringing for you. (The exact timing could be customized) This would give users working in a call queue a brief break from calls to reset before taking a new call.

Omit Fax Cover Page regardless of email subject line
Please add the functionality to omit a fax cover page regardless of the email subject line being blank or not. This is a problem for large-scale email to fax operations and is hindering our ability to fully migrate certain labs to the RingCentral Platform.

Add "Hub" to Office @ Hand windows app
The old Office @ Hand app had the "hub" button where you could see who was on a call and who they were on a call with. You call also see what #s were on park. This was very useful for many reason to all of my team members. Please consider adding something similar to the new Office @ Hand App

Support batch requests in the Team Messaging REST API
Currently chat posts have to be fetched for each conversation. This takes a lot of time, and becomes even slower when behind a request queue to avoid rate-limiting issues.Please add support for batch requests for GetPosts, as well as any other endpoints that make sense to do so.

Enable the RingCentral App to use the *9 mute feature
Ring central App does not allow us to use the *9 feature unless call is transferred from the desktop.

Add a notes/description field to each user extension visable to only admins
I would like to have a notes/description field added to each user extension in service web that will allow any admin to make notes on the user. This should be visible to only user admins. For example, notes on why settings have been configured a certain way.

Tag specific people within teams.
It would be nice if we could set up specific groups within chats so it could tag only a few people. So if we wanted to set up a tag for management and only notify 5 out of 50 people, we could.

Seperate integrations from the user who added them
Right now in RingCentral Application integrations are bound to the user who created them. This causes risk for our development teams as if someone departs the company who added a key integration, that feature breaks and will need to be recreated.
