Calendar to Main Menu on Left
I would like to see the Calendar removed from Workspace area and available as a direct menu option on the left within the desktop app. There is plenty of room for added menu items on the left and this would benefit people that use the calendar frequently. thanks

Show total number of voicemails on RingCentral App
Currently on the Ringcentral App, you can only see a listing of all voicemails that have been received in your Ringcentral App but it does not show you the total number of voicemails. Given that the cap on the maximum amount of voicemails one can have is 200, it would be helpful to see at a glance, the total number of voicemails one has at all times.

Give a reminder when calls are in Park
Calls in Park don’t get a reminder that there is a call waiting. One can also forget what # the call is parked on.

We have customers in the US Virgin Islands (area code 340), which requires us to be able to dial locally in order to provide support.

Display Corporate Directory as a List Instead of Having to Search
I feel this would be useful for us as we are a small company and having to search for a person just seems like an extra step for us.

Don't record "dead air" voicemail messages
Often, calls which don't leave a voicemail message result in 1-3 minutes of an empty, "dead air" message. This uses up incoming toll-free minutes for no benefit. RC should detect there is no message being left and drop the call after 15-20 seconds.

Turn Off Alert For Emergency services may be limited or unavailable when pressing the dial pad
there are times the alert will appear multiple times a day when pressing the dial pad causing it to appear multiple times annoying the user specially if they are supposed to make Outbound Calls Multiple times a day

Adding scheduled(delayed) text messaging on both desktop and the mobile app as an option would be great
It would be useful to send reminders to clients at numerous times during the day. That would be beyond helpful!

It would be great to give the meeting organizer the ability to choose what give a form of entertainment while they wait for the meeting to start (because we're waiting on all participants to come in. I would like to see the Time Zone for the out-bound call I am making.
I would like to see the Time Zone for the out-bound call I am making. The person is not in my contacts. Please consider implementing a Time Zone feature that includes the Time Zone (with Time) popping up on the dialer, for the prefix or area code entered before entering the rest of the phone number. This would really be a big assist to our company. Thank you in advance.

Add the ability to transfer multiple parties to an extension
Sometimes our clients need translator services. We would like the ability to transfer our client and their translator (who's on a different line) to an extension. Currently, if we attempt this it disconnects both lines.

@Mentions to show new in the same as chats
I have my chats showing new at the bottom, but the @Mention page always shows new at top. This is inconsistent and causes confusion.

Add Contacts to a Call Queue, allowing for Caller ID instead of generic "wireless caller"
I am a member of the Helpdesk call queue. When our users call using their work cell phone, we only see "wireless caller".Since we know the work cell phone number, I would like to load all those contacts for the Helpdesk call queue extension so it displays the user name.Currently we can only load that information to a specific extension, not for a call queue.the workaround is to load the same contact list for all the individual members of the call queue, and maintain it forward overtime for all the users in the queue instead of just one place.

Add ability to change Availability Status for individual and Queue from Desk Phone
When using actual desk phones with Ring Central, there needs to be a way to change your availability status for both as an individual and as a member of a call queue. Whether this is done via a softkey or a key combination such as *(number combination), it doesn't matter, it just needs to be something that is able to be accomplished. Currently, the only way to do this is to log into the app and toggle the availability status there.

Delete just recordings from the call logs instead of deleting the calls
On the call logs, customer wants to have an option to delete whatever recordings he wants, instead of just deleting all the call itself.

Shortcut key to dial highlighted number on Windows
Other softphone apps allow me to set a shortcut key to dial the highlighted number in Windows. So, anywhere in any app, if I highlight a phone number, I can hit a key and dial it in the RC app.

Permit notifications when app is focused (new RC mutes when app in focus)
Old RC would provide sound notifications even if your app was focused. You could be ative in a team, and still receive sound notifications for other teams. Now, you do not get any sound notifications if the app is focused - it NEEDS to be out of focus / not active in order to get sound notifications.
