  2. We have several users that have impromptu conference calls. They are requesting the ability to see who is on the call and then have the ability to drop callers as their part of the call is over. Currently, to insure that a caller that should not be privy to additional details, they have to drop the entire call and then start a new conference call with the smaller group.

  3. The email under the user profile is only limited max of 64 characters in total that's why it stops at letter l as it is the 64th character on your email. I need to be able add this long string email so I can get the alerts notification send to that email.

When I log in the following day, open up Ring Central and go to take a call, the client is often bugged out and the call never comes through which If I were one of our customers that just waited on hold for 30 minutes only to find the person that connected can't hear me, it would piss me off. I've come to realize this is because the Application NEVER CLOSES when you press the close button. If I wanted to minimize it I would press the MINIMIZE button.   5. Using the HUD in the Desktop App, you can add your internal RingCentral contacts to your desk phones. It would be a huge quality of life upgrade to have the ability to add any of your contacts, whether RingCentral, or for example, synced from Outlook, to your desk phone's display through the HUD.

  8. Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).

    Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

It will be a great feature to allow the RingCentral app to copy contacts from multiple cells of an excel spreadsheet and have it pasted on the To: field or alternatively, to allow uploading of multiple contacts via csv file to make sending out SMS in bulk easier, instead of having to type the contact names or number one by one,

When colleagues leave the company, any direct messages with them and/or with other people disappears from the left panel in the desktop app. The only way to find it is to search for a keyword in the conversation and then open that conversation from search results. This is very tedious to do each time we need to refer to it. I've tried to convert it to a team but that option is not present on conversations with terminated employees.   19. RingCentral would be able to sell more fax numbers by implementing this, because businesses would want a pool of phone numbers to send FROM. In our business (and I'm sure others), faxes often fail to send to the recipient (I think it's probably a bandwidth problem on the recipient side).Another possibility is that the businesses we're faxing (Credit Bureaus that want to work against us and our consumer clients) are blocking our phone numbers.Two Potential Implementations: 1.   20. We have several locations where there are multiple people sharing a classroom. We have a user assigned to the handset and have several presence users on the handset. They are able pickup a call to their extension but unable to use their extension to make a call. Caller ID shows the main user extension as the caller and that leads to confusion.
