Bring back ability to find shipping information from Phones & Devices
Until this week we have been able to select an uninstalled phone, right click on it and link pull up the FedEx tracking information. Instead of needing to hunt for in under the Billing, Device Orders section. Working an implementation with 750+ individual device orders so this is a significant feature loss to need to open each one to try to find the FedEx tracking information

RingCentral Number for Osaka, Japan
Currently there are no available numbers for Osaka, Japan. As a business in Japan, it is not a good option to assign Tokyo numbers to Osaka that is why Osaka numbers are needed.

Please restore the ability to change the default role for a new user
According to RC's own knowledge base, this feature did exist at one time: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/10644-user-roles-permissions-set-default-role.html Backstory: we decided not to utilize SMS messaging in our environment. So a custom role was created that is exactly like the Standard (International) role but with SMS features turned off. This new role is what all our standard users should have.Our Level 1 techs are assigned the User Admin role and are responsible for onboarding new users. Fix links to not break when there's a parenthesis
JIRA urls have parentheses in them sometimes, but pasting this into Glip produces hperlinks that don't work because Glip thinks the final parenthesis is theirs. Please figure out a way to not break the link when it contains its own parens

Automatically Remove Users from Queue when "Away/Offline/Invisible"
If a user leaves the office and is away from their desk, they'll still rotate within the call queue. Invisible users should be treated the same as "do not disturb", so that if a user leaves for an extended period of time without disabling "queue calls", they won't negatively disrupt/impact the queue.

RingCentral Phone app allow To Voicemail option for call forwarding members
Hi, It would be best if the call forwarding members of another extension would have the ability to use To Voicemail when the calls ring on their RC Phone desktop app. Right now, To Voicemail option is only available if the call is to their direct extension, but if they are within another users forwarding list it is Greyed out. Thank you.

Account data recovery
When an account is deleted there should be a 15 day data retention policy in place in case of mistaken deletion, or for auditing purposes.

There should be another field in account creation for nick names. This would be helpful for people who wish to go by something other than their legal name.

Change defualt time zone in ringcentral scheduleing
The reason we want this change is so that we don't have to remember to the change the time zone all the time when creating lots of meetings.

Multi-select participants to create team
Or any faster way (like drag-drop) to create a large team without having to type every name/adress. And it's really difficult to know who you already added since the name is not greyed when you typed a name.

Allow access to Prompts in prompt library based on Roles & permissions
Currently Prompts in the prompt library can be seen by any admin. In the case of a multisite customer, it's not possible to restrict admins from Site A from viewing/deleting prompts that are assigned to IVRs in Site B. This is a problem, as an admin for a specific site could accidentally upload an incorrect recording in their site IVR menu or accidentally make changes to the wrong IVR menu.

Authenticator app for 1st time log in
requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.

Allow Call Recording Notification To Be Customizable Per Queue
We have different language queues but we can only have one Recording Notification and it is in English. It would be nice if we could customize this on a per queue level, so that callers who do not speak English understand that the call is being recorded.

Handle missed calls option - Add the ability to return caller to the staff member that transferred it
If "Take message" is not enable, when they have the option o transferring the caller to a group or to disconnect the call. Obviously discounting the call is bad customer service, however transferring to a group is not always the best option. WE would like another option added which will allow the called to be transferred to the staff member that first transferred the call
