  1. Can we have someone try to set up a time with our group to walk through the steps in setting up auto-create ticketing for our RC and HubSpot integration? We are looking to auto-create a ticket within HubSpot once one of our agents has initiated a call with a customer.

  2. When trying the same feature on MS Teams in iOS - you cannot barge. If you try to dial *82 + Extension instead of barging into a call, a regular extension to extension phone call is made to the person whom you were trying to barge.

    It would be great if this feature is available in mobile EA app (iOS and Android)

  7. The end-user doesn't have problems with both the Ring app AND the Teams plugin. The problem isn't installing the app, but specifically after the app is deployed it asks the user to Allow changes to the firewall.

    Do we have any Documentation that shows how to Deploy the Apps without asking the user to Allow changes to the Firewall? The users are prohibited from making changes to the Firewall. Microsoft Defender is blocking the full Deployment, and the Staff do not have admin rights in their Microsoft accounts, so IT has to do an MSI Push.

  11. We have a user who would like to use Microsoft Teams for their communication instead of using RingCentral Application. One of the primary issues is the lack of proper notifications when he receives a direct or teams’ message. For instance, he walks away from his desk and he only sees a red circle on the RingCentral application in his start bar, but he is looking for something more in your face. Something that he can’t easily miss. Is there some setting that we can setup on his machine in order to mirror how Teams provides notifications?

  12. It would be nice if there was an ability to add the Teams/messaging component into Outlook. I download the RingCentral for Outlook plugin and it shows voice, fax, and text, but not the Messaging component. Is there an updated plugin that includes this or plans for this integration in the future. Thanks.

  13. The three button options to sign in that are now displayed on the login page are the Single Sing-on button, the Apple button, and the Google button.

    The customer wants the view that was previously displayed to them, which was a sign-in page with just the Google button.

  15. We are currently using texts through Cliniko, our Electronic Medical Record platform, however. I have to copy and paste information from each call and voicemail into their communications section of their chart. An API or integration of some sort would help save time spent per phone call in the middle of working on other patient charts.

    We also have to use a separate number for texting, often causing communication with patients. the EMR system cannot receive texts to our main number with ATT Office At Hand and it cannot receive images or attachments that patients try to send. We often…
