  1. I should be able to log AI receptionist calls into Clio using App Connect. Some of us need to have very detailed records of every time a particular client calls, and this would make logging AI receptionist calls infinitely easier.

  2. RingCX for Hubspot that would allow them to log calls that end abruptly

  3. Issue:
    When users send SMS messages via the Dynamics integration, selected contact names revert to displaying only phone numbers after the message is sent. This occurs across all users and contradicts documented expected behavior.

    Requested Enhancement:
    Ensure Dynamics contact names persist across SMS conversations, conversation lists, and logged records for the full SMS lifecycle.

  5. We have integrated RingCentral with our Dynamics 365 Sales CRM. However, when we make a call through the RingCentral app, it is being logged as a Task instead of a Phone Call activity in Dynamics.

    We have already completed the following steps from our end:

    1. Signed in to the RingCentral Integration Console.
    2. Selected our Dynamics 365 account from the connected integrations list.
    3. Enabled the Activity Sync toggle under Activity Sync preferences.
    4. Configured the call logging preferences, ensuring the Call Type includes the required call types to be logged as Phone Call activities.

  14. When a text comes into a specified number, a ticket could be created in Halo PSA. This could be restricted based on customers in Halo perhaps, or some other way to avoid spam tickets. Halo is already integrated with phone calls but not with SMS. Many of our customers text to notify us of issues, and if that generated a ticket it would be great.

    Eva - I would love to better understand what you mean here. Could you post a comment explaining this in more detail. Do you mean add attendees to a call, or does this relate more to the logging of the call?

  16. Whenever the Teams RC desktop plugin fails (far too regularly) our non-technical user base is thrown into panic.
    Clicking 'open plugin' invokes the executable and 'should be' all it takes to resume service. See screenshot 1.
    Instead, the ridiculous webpage is invoked (screenshot 2). Users either click 'launch now' (does NOTHING) or they click download.
    Screenshot 3 shows a users download folder with 102 instances of the downloaded plugin. Approx 25GB.
    We have a thousand non-technical users in this position.

    Please remove the webpage that is invoked when a user clicks 'open plugin' as it is completely unnecessary.

  18. Currently, RingCentral only supports sending SMS via a Contact-based workflow. I think sending SMS via Deal-based workflows or other objects (Appointments, Projects, etc) is equally as important. Few use cases:

    1. Pipeline Stage Triggers - We'd like to be able to send an SMS message to our customers after an appointment is resulted. This would be straightforward from a deal-based workflow. Deal stage changes and fire an automated SMS.

    Currently, we would have to create a custom property to sync the deal stage to the contact record then fire automations at the contact level there.
