Product has completed their research into this possibility and have confirmed that at this time, the feature is not on any upcoming roadmaps. Currently, as the host of a conference call you are able to remove participants from the call. The functionality to remove yourself as the host from the call and the call still remain active is being developed. Planned release Q2 2024.

We can replace the profile image with something else, however, we can't revert the image to initials. would be a tremendous help to have such an option. Thank you!
