Organize tasks in whatever priority I deem necessary. Like the original Ring Central Classic App
The old app (Ring Central Classic) allowed the user to arrange the tasks by dragging and dropping them in whatever order the user preferred. This allowed lots of great flexibility to organize tasks in a strategic way of goal setting for what is most important to least important tasks. This feature was AMAZING in the original app and is disappointing and frustrating not to have that ability. Notes on left nav panel and better organized in folders
I often takes quick notes, and current way doing it is inconvenient. I have to either post a message to my self, or enter my own conversation and create a note there.It would be great if I can easily create and manage my notes from left nav panel, and notes can be organized into folders. Of course it can be shared to others instantly.

Ability to edit Glip note at same time as navigating round Glip
I use notes a lot in my teams to capture actions, plans etc. It would be great if I could pop out the notes editor so I can continue to pull in content from Glip into that note.

Need ability to re-assign task
Every day I (as the owner) get new matters that I need to deal with - I don't assign them immediately to any particular employee because I need to deal with preliminary matters first. But I create the task so I don't forget it. Now when it comes time to assign to an employee - I cannot -- YOU NEED THIS FUNCTION - the ability to assign tasks to new employees AFTER THE FACT - what if an employee leaves or becomes sick and you need to put another employee on the task, at least temporarily. Add "Posted In" for Tasks in Android Mobile App
When viewing Task details in the mobile app it would be noce to see what Team the task is associated with. This is available in the Windows and Web versions. But not available in the Android App. Please advise!

Ability to minimize notes to Jupiter main screen
In the current RingCentral App, there is the ability to open a note and then minimize it. Would like this feature available in Jupiter. I use this feature to copy and paste notes from the previous meeting and into a new note for the current meeting.

Calendar and tasks
It would be nice when using the internal Ring Central Calendar & Task feature if it would give pop-up alerts for meetings and when tasks come up against the due date. This does not happen now so the tasks are not helpful & when someone is using only the calendar in ring and due not have Outlook or Gmail synced they do not get calendar alerts for ring central scheduled meetings. This leads to managers not showing up to meetings because they do not a calendar reminder.
Your calendar should function as a normal calendar w/email.

App option to adjust call handling rules based upon Outlook Calendar sync.
The ability for call handling settings to automatically adjust when a user’s Outlook calendar status indicates they are “In a Meeting.” At present, the integration updates the user’s presence to “In A Meeting,” but calls are still routed through, leading to interruptions.
To prevent this, users must manually set their status to “Do Not Disturb.” It would be highly beneficial to introduce a configurable option that automatically routes incoming calls to voicemail when a user is marked as “In a Meeting.” This enhancement would streamline the user experience and reduce the need for manual intervention.

RingCentral Presence and Google Calendar Integration
An option is needed to override the user's Presence Status when a meeting concludes earlier than its scheduled duration. Currently, if a meeting ends early, the user's status remains unchanged and does not automatically switch to "Available." This occurs because, according to the Calendar, the meeting duration is still ongoing.

Make the 'Allow to start and stop recording' option available to all RingCentral customers.
When a customer schedules a RingCentral meeting, the "Allow to start and stop recording" option under Advanced Settings is missing. We were informed that this feature is not intended for general customers and is currently limited to internal staff and technical partners.
We kindly request that this feature be made available to all RingCentral customers in a future release.
