Is there a way we can remove the "Message" tab in the RC desktop app for certain users?

transcript when using Salesforece RingCentral plugin
Background: Agents will work from Salesforace events using click-to-dial function
Need: always enable transcript for every call. The preference is to remove an option to disable transcripts for the agents and make it default.

Reorder Widget Buttons
Would like to be able re-order what buttons are available when in messages. So we can make Create Tasks the first button instead of having to click the "..." submenu.

RCV via browser ads option.
When a non-subscriber joins a meeting via a browser, they are automatically redirected to the RingCentral website at the end of the meeting. It would be beneficial to have the option to configure the redirect so that non-subscribers are directed to our own business website instead of RingCentral's.

Preview of the Event Details on RC App Jupiter
With the current RC App Version: 20.3.30.250 Web, 20.3.30.2377 Windows, the user has to click on the event itself to view the event details. This behavior applies to events which run over multiple days.Expected Behavior:User should be able to details (end date of the events) without having to click on the event itself.Reason:Save extra clicks.

Sort tasks by likes
Let's say you're brainstorming with your team and start listing out some actionable ideas on a task list. It would be great if people could like individual tasks which could then be sorted by the number of likes to see the most popular ideas/actions. I believe Asana can do this.

Dependencies
Some tasks can't be started until other tasks are complete. I would love to see the ability for Glip to unlock new, assigned tasks as other tasks are checked off.

As I user, I would like to have a easy way to mark the post as my To Do List.
When I'm chatting with somebody, there is one thing I need to do later, I would like to mark as a to-do list or right-click to create a task and assign it to somebody.

A central place to see all tasks
It's not easy to know that you may miss a task unless you are constantly looking at the team that task is in. Having a centralized place for all tasks would make sure things didn't get missed.

Bring back Team Events!!
this is much helpful in our line or work. I work for a call center and team events help us especially when keeping track of appointment and vacation time.

Icon for converting Glip Message into a Task
We have icons on glip messages for like/quote/pin/bookmark etc, but could we have another to convert into a task? The task feature set is not being used by many from my understanding.

@mentions - Comment on Task Directly without leaving @mentions
@mentions - In Ring Central Classic (Glip), we are able to work quickly through our mentions by selecting the messages, which opens the task in whatever team the task is and it opens in the right hand column and allows us to comment directly on the task within @mentions without having to switch to the team the task is in. I have attached a screenshot of the Ring Central Classic app that functions correctly for representation. Having to hunt down the team the task is in to post a comment on the task to respond to your @mention will take…

Have an option for things to repeat every other week
There are task that have to be performed every other week. This helps allow teams to stay on track if we could get this function set up. I have been duplicating boards for the biweekly task in the classic glip. Now in the new version I cannot duplicate the boards.

Sort tasks by status
Today, I look at tasks in a group assigned to team members, but I receive the full list of 10's of tasks. I'd like to see a search parameter to filter only on "uncompleted" , "in progress" , "blocked" or a mix.

Add support for Groups.io calendar
We use Groups.io and it's calendar support in our services and would like to have that native support added to Ring Central.
