More options for recurring tasks and events
Glip’s options for recurring tasks and events are far too limited for real-world productivity. We need options that allow intervals like - recur every # of weeks and recur on the last Friday of the month. Basically, look at how Google calendar offers recurring events and copy it!

Better integration with Mac OS build-in calendar and contacts
We need better integration between Mac OSX and RC App. There should be integration between the Mac OS calendar/team events and contacts (as there is in the mobile app).

Hope to have a separate window to work separately
When I use Ringcentral to edit notes or view notes, I can't use other functions of Ringcentral at the same time. Because opening the note takes up the entire Ringcentral. If there is a message, I have to turn off the note before I can read it. I hope to use Ringcentral and note at the same time.

Sort Tasks for Most Recent & Make Comments & Sub tasks
Previous version of tasks allowed you to sort by most recent. This is very useful.Also I dont see a way to make comments on a task.Also it would be great to have subtasks.ThanksD

Add Calendar to side desktop instead of workspace
Everyone would be able to see the schedule at a glance to start the day. And know which employee has open time to be booked.

RCV Scheduler Invite on Existing Email Thread
Whenever we schedule a meeting using RCV plugin in Outlook on an existing email thread, the invite is being added on the thread, however, it is placed at the bottom of the thread instead of the top. This causes issues because although the recipients can see the link they are not able to see the other invite details right away like the dial-in number. This issue is not happening when scheduling a meeting using the RCM plugin in Outlook. When we use RCM plugin and schedule a meeting the invite is already on top of the email thread.

Add Custom Event Repeat Options
For instance, if I wanted to schedule an event for every week day except Mondays, I could select weekly recurrence and then select Tuesday through Friday.

Screenshare Annotation / Drawing Features
When you share screens in a video call, there is only a single pencil feature for making hand drawings on the screen. This is very valuable but I really would like more options (colors, thickness, maybe some basic shapes), and also make it so the drawing you make doesn't automatically fade in ~5 seconds. These would all make visual brainstorming much easier!

More color options

I opperate a company that floats a lot of tasks and ideas around. One thing we have done is colorcode certain concepts in order for them to stand out differently on the calendar view. The problem is we have more ideas and projects then the current color options provided in Glip. Is there any plans to have that increase?4 votes -
Calendar Tasks variable time settings.
In the tasks area of calendar creation there needs to have a customizeable time frame menu item. For instance, there is the ability to create a weekly repeat item, but if an item is bi-weekly or bi-monthly, there is no ability to address those types of repeat items. Also, if something needed to have a task scheduled for every other day instead of every day, other software allows every (2) days or however long the period between tasks, but RingCentral does not. Can this be changed to be further customizeable by the user?

Be able to reassign a task to a different team
When I make a task just for myself, but later on I decide that it should be delegated, it's stuck in my own "team". I would like to be able to reassign it to some other team.

Change View of Tasks
My RingCentral app is always open in a 1/4 of one of my screens. Now, when I click on tasks I can see so much information that I don't need but can't see the actual task. Suggesting the ability to hide columns or change the width. If I've already filtered to see my tasks why do I also need to see the assignee as well? I've tried zooming out - which does allow me to see more... I would also like the name of the task to text wrap. Thanks

Add control for Integrated Calendar Notifications
In the RingCentral App, it would be really beneficial to have the ability to turn off calendar notifications so that entries which exist in the original calendar (Outlook, Gmail) don't send a duplicate notification in Ring Central. At this point, the only way to prevent this is to unlink the calendar (removing the ability to create meeting invites from Ring Central) or mute all notifications (making the soft phone functionality unusuable)

Task filter - Sort by "Color"
The task filter in new ringcentral app is currently not complete. There's currently no way to sort by color nor sort by section/category.

Disable notification indicator for received and unread faxes on the RC app
I'm wanting to remove the "numbered bubble icon" for Fax, and instead only have it for Phone & Text. on the internet tab it add's all notifications together - which is misleading to our team. They only want to be notified of the total Phone/Text notifications (not Fax)

Export Tasks from a Ring Central Team and Upload to a new team
We are using Ring Central Teams for implementations. Many tasks stay the same and we just need to alter due dates. Would love to be able to export a list of tasks from one ring central team chat, modify dates and then import into a new ring central chat team. Right now I have to enter each task manually over and over again for each implementation we do.
