  3. RingCentral app. support polycom phones for called number CNAM when the caller’s number is added on the personal contacts. Same behavior when using RingCentral app when calling the main company number.

  4. ... the destination CID number rather than the cell number you call from. That way I can search the log on my laptop for who I really called.. Record CID to actual number when using the cell phone app to call in to the system then dial out, it would be nice to capture the CID of the destination CID number rather than the cell number you call from. That way I can search the log on my laptop for who I really called.

  6. Having a feature that enables DND to turn on while the user is in an active call avoids having an incoming call ringing away while waiting for you to interrupt your current call to answer. The feature is available for video call already but just not voice calls.

  9. When a customer calls, I can review the conversation up until the time I place the customer on park to contact the agent. When I get back on the phone with the customer, the recording is not operable. For example, I received a call from a customer who would like to remove collision from the vehicles on his auto policy.   12. We are using Mitel 6940 phones. When a Employee's number rings, it would be great for his/her assistant to see a caller ID on a line added with a presence key. They can currently answer but it is not obvious that the presence line is ringing. We think a Caller ID on a presence line would make the fact that it is ringing more obvious, and more importantly the assistant knows who is calling his/her boss and can answer if needed.

  14. Currently we have 200+ "unassigned" phones in our account. There is no way to add these to a User from the User's "Phones" page. We can buy phones, or add the app, but can't provision an existing "unassigned" phone, on the User's Phone's page.If we want to provision an unassigned phone we have to pull up the phone in Phones & Devices and then do setup and assign. This isn't intuitive and should exist both in Phones & Devices, AND on the User's Phones page.

  16. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.

There should be a better more direct way of accessing the message only ext for example (88message only ext ) or something then they get promoted by a pin and then can access the voicemail after that and that should be done whilst the user is logged in with their account without the need to log out and log in with a message extension only account.

Option where 1st User can choose to be on the line with BOTH an incoming caller AND a 2nd user to whom the caller would like to speak with. 1st User can introduce the Incoming Caller to the 2nd User (i.e. "Hello I have [Name of Incoming Caller] on the line", 1st User can hang up and Incoming Caller and 2nd User can continue with their conversation.
