  1. We have struggled with clients who say they leave a voicemail, but we never received it. Really they just did not press pound at the end of their voicemail. So, we never receive it, but then they are mad at us for never calling them back. It's bad for our business practices.

  3. We send text messages to our vacation rental guests, requesting feedback about the cleanliness of their rental upon their arrival with a scale between 1-5. It would be VERY helpful to include the content of their response in email notifications to our staff. A step further would be to have the option to set up filters like Gmail has so we could configure specific keywords, SMS number as triggers to go to specific people's email address. If this was available, we could route notifications to different people to address the issues if the guest responded with a 1, 2,3,4, 5,…

  19. Hi, I am the admin, I am forwarding my call to my virtual receptionist. I would like to access any voicemails and faxed that she receives on her extension. Currently this is done my SMS or email notification, however I would like it to be in my app , that would simplify things

  20. This is normal behaviour for France when they use the RingCentral Phone app as a 2nd device. If they already have a deskphone assigned to a user, they will not have a direct dial option using the RingCentral Phone app. The recommendation is to use the RingCentral Desktop app version. This is due to regulatory compliance for France Numbers are on Demand.
