hud custom status in Ringcentral app
In the Ringcentral Phone app, you can see the employee's custom status. For example "back on 9/1". In the Ringcentral app, you can only suee a custom status if you click on the employee's initials to see their profile. It would be great if their custom status was visible directly on the Ringcentral app HUD and you didn't have to click into the employee profile to see it.

Transfer Conference Calls
Need the functionality to transfer a conference call. Currently when you attempt to transfer the call, the transfer button is greyed out. When you do it through desk phone, it drops the call entirely.

Incorporating IVR Menu on Missed Calls for Callers to Have Options
This is useful, especially for upmarket accounts that have hundreds of users. Using the IVR Menu and setting it as forward to an extension means hundreds of IVR Menu too, which will be tedeous. There should be a way to let the missed caller choose a keypress if they can leave a voicemail and another customizable keypress option for the directory or other options that the user may prefer.

Feature Request : Have a Read Only Option when Telus Business Connect User is sending out SMSDetails : Telus Business Connect User should be able to send out an SMS to single or multiple recipients that is a Read Only. Not giving option for the recipient to reply back.
Significance of the feature : Intended for businesses who only wants to send announcements to their clients/recipients and doesnt require responses.
Current behavior : No capability to set up OB SMS to be read only from recipient's end

Ability to have an option for the host to check the identity of the participants when joining on a meeting via dial-n using personal phone
The Host should have the option to check the identity of the participant like the real name if the participant is joining via Dial-in using their personal phone. Because when participants are joining via Dial-in on the meeting via their personal phone only the phone number of the participant is showing.

Breakout rooms should be allowed for the participants in the video meeting
Because in a meeting of 10 or 20 people. Members could go into a breakroom with whomever they wish to meet and have a dialogue in private then return to the main meeting to collaborate with the rest of the team. This allows for brainstorm sessions without having to wait for the meeting creator to assign them into a break out room. Thanks

Enable non sip compatible phones
We have Mitel 5330 phones that we wanna use with Ring Central phone system. Apparently its not compatible since this is not a SIP enabled device. It would be beneficial to most of ring central customers to have the non sip compatible phones work with the phone system for us to utilize the desk phones
