  5. End users have the ability to add many personal contacts to their extension. Currently, due to API batch size limitation on 50 can be deleted at a time. For a user with thousands of contacts this can be very time consuming to delete contacts at only 50 at a time.

  6. Kelly Services has over 400 locations with the US for recruiting services. At several of these locations, they have call queues for inbound recruiting candidates to call in. They have about 190 call queues for this portion of the business with each call queue having about 3-5 call queue members, on average. They also have a relatively high turnover rate for these call Queue Members (Recruiters) over 25%.   10. Right now, only North American customers can receive security codes via SMS or phone calls. It will be best if we can also enable this feature for UK customers. Depending on the information stored under your user details, the security code is sent to:• Your mobile phone via SMS or contact number via phone call (for North America customers only)OR• Your email address (for all regions)

  11. On the home screen create a shortcut to Working hours so that staff can quickly navigate to select other numbers. New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  15. We as administrators are able to change the Emergency Response location for Desk phones. BUT we are not able to change the Emergency Response location for users with the RingCentral App. The user will have to do this.The issue I am having is that no all of our users have access or even know how to access their soft phones. We utilize desk phones and some staff move to our other sites. This has become an issue for us as we would have to go through the process of having staff login to change the Emergency Response location.

  16. Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

  20. Customer is coming from CloudCall, which has a local presence option that can auto select an outbound CID(covers most major metro cities) to match the dialed number. RingCX, and Dialpad CC can do this, but if MVP simply had a search feature for its built in Outbound CID selection, it would be more attractive to customers that don't necessarily need a full CC package just for this feature. I have recieved feedback from many prospoects that once that list gets more than 20 numbers in it, it becomes too cumbersome for the end user.
