  5. Need to have MFA for the RC app, because you can do so much from the app and once logged in and clicking links, it takes you to the web portal and logs you in automatically and from there I can access my Admin panel. MFA is required to secure information shared in VM, call logs and etc. We really need MFA on desktop app and mobile.

  8. Problem:When forwarding voicemails from phone login, the voicemail will be delivered to the forwarded extension's mailbox and will not follow that extension's voicemail delivery settings.
    Steps to Reproduce: PRECONDITIONS
    1) Change the Call Queue voicemail delivery from "My extension" to "Another Extension" and select User A
    2) Make a phone call to User B
    3) Allow the call to go missed and leave a voicemail
    4) Voicemail is delivered to the mailbox of User B
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Login to the VM mailbox of User B through their IP Phone or calling *86
    2) Enter PIN code for User…

  14. Since we have multiple sites on our account it would be nice to bulk assign inventory numbers to Auto-Receptionist numbers and then change the site the number belongs to. It helps organize all the numbers on our account.

  15. Please consider increasing the sms allocation. Unlimited sms has been downgraded to a very limited allocation which is not enough and we have to pay extra if we go over when we sign up for unlimited and other carriers still has unlimited sms feature.

  20. custom rules only allow 15 minutes intervals for 2 different rules that send calls to different receivers.our customer needs to allow overlap of 2 different rules like e.g 12am to 9am monday to tuesday 9am to 4pm
