we want is if no agent available or ready call shall go to voicemail regardless what was set on the "Maximum caller wait time in queue".

Licensing availability can be clickable to show all customer available numbers
The customer would like to have the option on the interface of the Admin Portal under Licences and inventory that they can easily find their available numbers by clicking it instead of adding the numbers manually under reserve number.

remove do not disturb
We have several employees who are enabling the DND setting as well as turning their desk/mobile sound off for incoming calls. The phone set up we had with our previous phone system allowed us to block access to these options for standard users but I'm unable to customize or restrict this type of access now.

Restricting Outbound Calls via Limited Extensions
We would like to restrict the numbers able to be dialled from our limited extension handsets. All outgoing calls are to be blocked, aside from emergency 999 calls. All internal extension dialling is to remain and be unaffected.

Add more emojis to Avaya
If you use the Avaya app on the iPhone, you can use the emojis on the keyboard. If you use the desktop Avaya app you don't have the full access to emojis like you have on mobile. Is there any way of increasing the emoji library on the desktop app?

Ability to block a guest with out blocking their entire domain
I need the ability to block a guest with out blocking their entire domain. As is, blocking the guest auto blocks the domain and kicks any other guest from that domain out as well. Unblocking the domain brings all of those guests right back in. Please give me the ability to just block one guest.

Add hyperlinks to RingCentral Technical Support case follow-up emails that link to case
Tech support case status emails do not contain any hyperlinks to the case itself or the support home page - I must open a browser and manually login from there - It would be helpful to have a direct link to either the case itself or at least the Ring Central Support home page. This is already a feature in the Web Support Portal email updates.

App for smart watches
Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. When I am running or at the gym, not having an app makes me have to carry my phone…
