Mac app status bar indicator when on call
When on a call in Mac app, it would be useful to have an icon in the status bar at the top showing in call. So if other party hangs up, I would want to know that the call has ended. This is useful when multi-tasking and the RingCentral app is not showing in foreground. I don't want to have to open the app to make sure they hung up.

Add option to set a time limit to automatically rejoin call queue after # minutes.
We have users that remove themselves from the call queue when they go on break, but then forget to put themselves back in. Even if we could select the time limit that they can take themselves out of queue, so that they would automatically go back in queue after 15 minutes. Select 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

New Limited Extension: Ability to Select Inventory Phone Number
Currently, the inventory number is pre-selected when creating a limited extension. Users/Admins should have the ability to select a specific inventory phone number prior to the completion of the creation of the limited extension.

Add ability to assign as many lines in Presence Appearance as needed to be Key Type = Primary Line on Polycom VVX411 phones to optimize phones for Sales Team. I have 12 lines on desktop phone. I'm stuck with either all 12 being primary line or if I customize in Admin Portal > User > Presence > Appearance, I'm limited to two. I desire 6 primary lines and 6 to show other extensions. I'm forced to waste the phone's ability because I can't pick the primary line.

Transfer call queue voicemails to external number during business hours
Within Call Queues there is an option for After Hours to forward voicemails to external numbers. During work hours you can send voicemails to the Call Queues extension or another extension. The customer would like the option during work hours to forward voicemails to external numbers.

Shared Voicemails: Increase number of voicemail boxes per co-recipient
It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

Return call handing the way it was
You destroyed call handing and management with the latest changes. Takes too long to find what selection you need to make a change. Previously, to change the number of rings, forward to another extension or phone, you could make the change in three clicks. Go to User, select User, select phone and make the change. Every thing you needed was displayed. You knew exactly what extension/number you were changing, rings and number to forward. NOW, you dont even know what number you're working with and have to select from seven boxes and you dont know what box to pick because…

The ability to delete attached file on senders end.
The customer would like to delete the attached file that was sent, it would be best to have the ability to delete the attached document/file sent to her via direct message.

The red dot for unread messages and unvisited missed call logs is plain; It should have variety wherein it should show green for messages, red for missed calls, and other types.

Turn off RingCentral Extension and Notifications via Browser
RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

Sending fax from the contacts RingCentral app. should Identify automatically the fax number saved on the contacts.
When sending a fax from the contacts using the RingCentral app, and the contacts have multiple numbers saved such as business, mobile, or fax. When choosing a contact to whom to send the fax the system should identify automatically which is the fax number.
