Cannot download SMS Logs which is more than 90 days. The workaround is to filter it to specific dates.

3rd party going to RC to reflect the number of the caller as the caller ID number. When setting 3rd party number to forward calls to RC and configure them to be answered by either user extension or call queue, the number showing when received is the 3rd party number, not the caller's number.

Option to integrate Yahoo's calendar and Contacts to the RingCentral app.
We currently have the option to link the contacts/calendars from Google and Microsoft (Exchange and O365) and having the option to connect our Yahoo ecosystem would be a huge convenience for the many who use it.

We're wondering if it's possible to create or utilize an existing report that we can send out via email on regular intervals that will show us the Fax usage by line? We're trying to decide if we need to keep all the Fax lines, and this data would be incredibly helpful in narrowing down the list.

Many organizations use Sharepoint libraries or MS Teams created fileshare that behave differently that OneDrive (which also uses sharepoint but in a different way) -- Sharepoint is for groups of people so linking it to teams/groups in RCapp would enable better collaboration especially where the Teams embedded dialer is use and the RCapp is used for DR purposes

When you import contacts from portal site, it should automatically sync with all Yealink devices

Live Report License assignment/management
Live Report Licenses currently do not allow for licenses to be assigned in bulk. Ideally a license would be assigned as a function of the user Role assignment. This would include the application of user templates with the license assignment enabled.

Add Shared line on a User Extension's Call Handling.
The customer would like the Shared line to be added on the Call Handling of a User Extension. Once the Main Company number is dialed when a user extension has been selected they want to be able to include the Shared line on the Call Handling of a user extension to ring which is currently not working.
