Changing and Lock Settings for All RC App Users
I need help with updating settings in app such as phone settings and notifications to make it the same for all users and the possibly lock out the setting change.The settings in the app I want to change are enabling the click to dial for all users which is under the phone settings and then under the notifications settings I want to set call-waiting audio alert to silent for all users.We should be able to centrally control these app settings for our users, but there doesn't appear to be a way like there is for settings templates and role permissions.

add possibility to manage status of auto call recording during account creating or globaly
Need to have possibility to manage status of auto call recording during account creation procedure or globaly. Btw, existing menu=>"Auto-Receptionist>General Settings>Enable Automatic Call Recording " looks similar to Global switch for On/Off but works different. So my proposal is to add On\Off to role template or add Global On/OFF for all account.

Ability to add disconnecting tone on CISCO phone through RingCentral Configuration
Adding disconnecting tone on CISCO phone through RingCentral configuration so we know if call are disconnected. CISCO phone don't have it yet, hopefully RingCentral can add this feature so we have ways to tell if we lost the call already or not.

LOA should show that it will be processed via ring central once submitted
Customer requesting to update the details for port in under Signing the LOA As it they were given an options for eLOA or manually however it was not explained that RingCentral would complete and execute the LOA.

Capability to add the incoming caller's phone number to the contact while on an active phone call.
This is beneficial for the user because they don't need to wait to add the number in the contact after the call ended or add it manually in the contacts tab in the RC App.

RingCentral Tasks to HubSpot Tasks
On RingCentral, we use the chat to add tasks for everyone. I would love to be able to sync those tasks that are created in RC to then add a task in HubSpot so that it appears on my checklist for the day.

Organize Modules From Left to Right, Not just Top to Bottom, Split View Screens
I am very frustrated trying to split the phone dial pad, call history list and the voicemail.. it shows the dialpad, the call history, and the voicemail list next to each other under the phone screen, with options to remove some, separate some, but not side by side. why would I want so many categories together on one visibiliy access point without the option to split or reconfigure? if I prefer the popout dial pad, why would i prefer 3 categories side by side to flip through, with a massive blank screen to the right of it? not that I…

Recover deleted site for multi site
I mistakenly deleted a site for our multi site It would be better if there is a way to recover the deleted site if there will be a site that has been deleted by mistake for your customers to recover rather than setting it up from scratch

Automate Softphone Upgrade/Install
We are looking for a way to upgrade the RingCentral softphone application on user machines without user intervention. We had a previous ticket opened but was told that there was no way to do this at that time. We are trying to see if this is now feasible.
