    I'd like to add text to the paging screen? I'd like to add the paging extensions that can be pressed. Much easier that passing out phone cheat sheets that everyone loses. Using Mitel 6940 units

  4. Button to mute phone but not all other notifications

    I would love to have a setting to be able to shut myself off from receiving incoming calls but not fully "do not disturb" so I can hear when people message me directly or if there is communications in chats. If we have it on DND now people message me and I can't hear anything, but I just want to silence my phone, not everything else on the app. Thanks!

  6. The ability to delete inactive texts/contacts from 6+ months

    So I have a BUNCH of texts from people who I haven't texted in 6+ months that are clogging up my RC Phone app. It runs so slowly and it's because I have an astronomical amount of text messages from the past in the app. I want to be able to delete any phone numbers/text messages that I haven't messaged or called 6 months ago or beyond.

  7. Auto Mute using Audio-Proximity/Facial Recognition/Gesture-Sensing for hands-free calls.

    The video app can clearly make a distinction between background noise and when a person speaks. Moreover, in video communication, the client can have some AI capabilities that can detect using image processing if someone's lips are moving and indicating they are speaking. Also, gesture sensing is possible like raising hands and indicating interest in speaking. With this in mind having a toggle option between manual mute and auto-mute could be a viable feature. This will enable hands-free conversations. If the auto mute is on then the system will keep on listening to sounds but won't transmit into the call.…

    Since there was no option to share the recording to external contacts, there should be an option to download the Meeting and Call recordings in the mobile app especially if it's your only available device when you need to send it.

  12. Call queue setup

    Need to have an option to change how we setup a call queue. As an example, we activated a call queue by selecting Call Queue Managers. After we activating, we want to have an option to change from "Call Queue Managers" to Email address and vice-versa.

  13. Add paging device to directory

    The way the paging devices work is impractical if you need to page quickly. I'm not sure if this has to be dialed as shown (*84#9980#) , but when I try to create a contact, it will not accept the special characters. Is there a way that paging can be setup to appear in the directory?

    We wanted to have a feature that will allow us to check the voicemail left on a message only extension on our desk phone without changing the Send voicemail to of the message only extension.

    When starting a conference call, there is no dial-in number for Vancouver, BC on the drop-down list of the available numbers. The only numbers provided are for ON, AB, NS, NL, QC.

    When Logging In to Admin Portal it would be more user-friendly if we can have the option to click on Fax Logs Instead of Call Logs for fax account only since it is confusing why we are seeing call logs when we only use fax service and we only have fax account

    Downloading .concepts file through the mobile AppCustomer can open the file thru the desktop app but not thru the mobile app
    Customer tried to Galaxy Tab S+, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro

  18. PTT - individual contact or group

    In the PTT, allow users to be on a global channel where all communication is audible for all members. Also allow the PTT user, to contact individual users directly without them being in a group.
    Further, if a user selects a group, auto set them back to global PTT after the conversation is over

  19. Merging app with web site

    Cleaning out and organizing my faxes is quite difficult. I need the information on both the app and the website to see which ones to delete or which ones I need to handle. The app has the view eye that allows you to see the fax sent but the website you have to download it in order to blow it up to see the fax in question.
