  1. We are trying to provision a 911 call box device, but it doesn't go online after entering the sip credentials we generated from the admin portal.

    We need a feature on the RingCentral system that supports this setup.

  4. We are working through a GDPR Subject Access request. As part of this there may be data relating to a named person within Ring Central in the Messge part of ringcentral.
    Is there a way to search and then export all the data where by name ?
    This would be a request as a global search.
    Also is there a way to see if data has been deleted ?

  5. Use your brand colors when embedded in Microsoft Teams. That way I know I'm using a ringcentral service. Also why doesn't the embed version allow replacing Microsoft video in chat. You had that service for a bit.

  6. There are faxes sent by legitimate senders with numbers being flagged on their account as robocalls. Blocks are due to the "Block robocalls on toll-free numbers" being enabled on the account. It will be very helpful to have a capability for these legitimates faxes incorrectly flagged to recovered.

  7. The receptionist should be able to see who is logged into what call queue easily. There should be a feature for the receptionist to be able to see who is logged into what call queue.

We have extension under user with number as Receptionist and that extension has ring all together/ringgroups that when the number under that extension was dialed it will ring all under the ring group. And what we want if extension number was dialed alone, the call will ring only to that extension not the ring group under that extension

  9. The customer has implemented a Cloud Connector Directory Integration (CCDI) which includes an underlying SIP trunk to allow ext-to-ext type calls between RC Users and legacy-Cisco-PBX Users. The Cisco phone is not registering to RC. He is trying to park a call on RC and then retrieve it from the Cisco phone behind the Cisco PBX on the other side of the CCDI SIP trunk.

    Currently, this is not supported as the call park functionality is only between RC users.

  14. On the fax transmission result email, "View this message on your RingCentral App", when you click the hyper link, it's not taking me to the message but just a download page for the RingCentral app even if I have it downloaded or the web version is open on the browser.

    It would be best if it would actually route me to the fax I sent.

  16. I am trying to figure out if it is possible to change the default settings for a user without having to apply a template. For example, I want all new users outbound called id settings to be set to their device number. Is this possible without having to apply a template? Like changing the default setting for that role or something similar?

  17. Offer option to silence all notifications outside of work hours (phone, SMS/text, etc). This would be both in the desktop and mobile apps.

    Currently we only have phone settings that allow us to forward calls to voicemail. A similar function for SMS/Text messages or just the ability to silence notifications would be great.

  18. Deskphone presence should include an option for the monitoring phone to display caller information (such as Caller ID or CNAM) for incoming calls on monitored extensions.

    It's crucial that individuals monitoring calls via their desk phone (e.g., Mitel 6920 IP Phone) can view caller details. This feature allows them to determine whether they need to answer calls on behalf of the extensions or users they are monitoring.
