  2. The request is for the creation of an administrator inbox in Service Web so that essential customer communication can be forwarded to it. In that way, customer communication with respect to maintenance, port changes, etc. may be simplified and RC does not have to verify if customer admins or responsible communication parties have left the company.

  5. The request is to be able to access user data from the Phone System Tab, Select the site where the user resides and have a menu option to show the users only for this site. For example, the menu bar would indicate the following: General Info, Address, Caller ID Name, Directory Assistance, Users. This would streamline administration for customers with a large number of sites. The current way to access users in a multi-site customer is via the Users Menu Tab.

  8. The aspects that should be configurable include type, carrier, capacity, redundancy and location. This information may be useful to analyze issues and to remind administrators that this type of network connectivity is present. It can also be used as a baseline feature to determine if they have sufficient network capacity for current users and future users (based on current trends).

  10. Currently Prompts in the prompt library can be seen by any admin. In the case of a multisite customer, it's not possible to restrict admins from Site A from viewing/deleting prompts that are assigned to IVRs in Site B. This is a problem, as an admin for a specific site could accidentally upload an incorrect recording in their site IVR menu or accidentally make changes to the wrong IVR menu.

  14. Many organizations that send outbound faxes email using @rcfax.com to send those faxes. If an email signature has a logo, they are being interpreted as attachments. The ask is for an automated way of preventing those from being consumed by RingCentral as attachments.

  17. The request is for an additional field in the 'Select Number' form with the Site displayed, as it will help when admins are deleting/adding users to various sites. Currently the only way to do this is to refer to the Inventory, find a number, write it down and then search for it under Add User.

  20. The request is to provide a way for customer to request a DID block in Service Web as a part of the DID order workflow. Some customers prefer to use a DID block for each location but customers cannot request DID blocks in Service Web, but instead have to log a ticket with support.
