Play hold music from desktop phone to enjoy while working.
It would be nice to play the hold music from desktop phone at the touch of a button. This will be especially useful when a radio station can be played when on hold.

Provision without authorization ID

Group Call Pick-up ring
The current ring on the phone for a group call pick-up is very short. Is it possible to extend to a longer ring or multiple rings? While working in our work areas not paying attention to the desk phone a single ring is difficult to hear and an extended ring or multiple rings would be beneficial

Can't join audio without microphone
We've recently switched everyone at our company from RC Meetings to RC Video. We're finding that we can no longer connect to the audio of a meeting without a microphone attached to the computer. It will block the user from connecting to the audio without a microphone.

Enable editing to Speaker and Microphone Combinations list
Hello, A client reached out about the possibility of having the option to include the system speakers and mic to be added to the Speaker and microphone combination section in the desktop application. I called support and they mentioned that the option does not exist. If there is a way to add the system speakers and mic to the combination list, this would allow for a more efficient work process.

I have a user extension that I created for the purpose of making calls internally.I don't want this user extension to have make and receive calls. I heard that Ring Out feature has the capability to have them add their external number and still able to make outgoing calls. Ability to hide company contacts while using the mobile app
Why would contacts be being saved on an iPhone titled "via RingCentral"? All of these contacts appeared and were not created by the iPhone's owner. Every one of them is the owner's assigned RingCentral number. It would be best if we had the option hide company contacts when using the mobile app

Add the ability to see if a user refused to answer a call or has ended a call.
It would be great to see if someone is avoiding calls by ending the call, sending to voice mail or closing the app.
