  4. Apparently, you will only know the recipient on the MDE if the recipient replied to the message by checking the Glip ID but if the recipient didn't reply you will only see who sends the message <creator ID> but there is no information to whom he/she sends it.

  5. We had a feature (at least in the windows version) that paused all music and media if you answer a call. This is no longer an option and would be very useful to not have to manually pause my music when i call comes in so i can answer.

  7. So we disabled the recording function of meetings for all users. However, sometimes we enable it for certain cases (training etc.). However, to do that, it seems like we need to enable ALL users before we can select that individual to enable the recording function. My question is, is there a setting somewhere, where the admin can enable a video recording function for certain users, instead of toggling it on/off for all users?

  14. We need to be sure that employees do not have the ability to put in a false number or block the caller ID in accordance with Truth In Caller ID Act (47 U.S. C. § 227(e)). Please have an option to hide/unpublish the Main Company Number and Company fax number that is located in Main Site. Also, option to remove Blocked as an option.

  18. Customer is having an issue distinguishing the incoming calls for both RingCentral application and external number. The incoming call display screen looks exactly the same. It would be best to have the option to change the Incoming call screen display so that our valued customer will be able to determine where the call is coming in.

  19. Expected Behavior:
    - Partner wanting to have a set up from the RingCentral Teams (Glip Group) have an option of allowing guest users to add members

    Current Behavior:
    - Only Admin of the RingCentral teams have option to add new members
    - Guest are only able to view the Teams settings but no option to make changes

    Steps to replicate
    1. Login to RingCentral app
    2. Select a Team(Glip Group)
    3. Select 3 vertical dots > View Profile
    4. Team Admin Settings

    Request is to have option to allow guest members to be able to add new members and select
