View/Export all extensions in a single screen/report
When looking for an available ext for a new team member, we have to check the "Users with Extensions" and the Groups section under Phone Systems. It would streamline things if there was a single screen or report that can be pulled showing all assigned extensions instead of having to go to multiple places or to export multiple reports that have to then be merged together.

Ability to ring multiple Third-Party mobiles set up in User Extensions in a Call Queue. Currently, it allows ringing to third-party mobile if the RC application is not enabled in the user's Call handling and if a call tree is set up.

Limit login to ONLY certain phone numbers on the account (Such as the main company number).
After speaking to a Contact Center Engineer, it is my understanding that you are able to log into RingCentral.com using ANY phone number assigned to Auto-Receptionist and a valid extension.Please limit either the ability to log into RingCentral.com to ONLY the main company number and a user's assigned number/numbers OR (preferably) create a feature where admins can set which phone numbers are allowed for logging into RingCentral.com

It would be better if we have an option to send an automatic SMS text message to inbound callers when the manager is not available
If the customer is on vacation it would be better if there will be an automated text message for all of her clients reminding them that they will receive a callback.

Add messaging to Chrome add-on
We have just discovered the RingCentral add-on for Chrome and see that weare able to call and text directly through there. We are wondering ifmessaging functionality (like the existing messaging platform through theRingCentral app) will be added in the future - we would love to be able totrim down the number of apps we use. Please let me know if there is a planto implement this.

vm assigned to specific member selections
We are needing to have an area on the App for members to review a VM and then assign it to a specific member. a simple drop down of members in that que is all that would be needed. This is so a specific member can cull through VM's to see which need to be assigned to specific members for reaching back out to customers. i have attached a example from our last provider. we also attached the RC app to show where it would be best for this info to be located.

Paging device
Anyone that uses paging devices could benefit from this and need improvement. It is impractical to have to dial a lengthy paging number and not even have it stored in the directory. By not offering this ability in RingCentral, the users have to maintain a separate directory just for paging numbers. This is highly inefficient.

Ability to forward calls based on calendared events
We have in person staff meetings roughly every 2 weeks. I have entered these staff meeting into my Google calendar. I would love to be able to make it so whenever I am in these staff meetings, all messages and calls would be forwarded to my adminstative assistant's extension. Is this possible?

Option for callers to enter extension number even if IVR menu is set-up
The customer wants the callers to enter direct extension numbers even if the IVR Menu is set up. Wants to set up a greeting for the callers to hear that they can enter the extension number or additional key press options.

Allow multiple instances of the Ring Central Desktop app to be launched
Currently the phone HUD can be popped out to a separate window, but with all of the recent updates to the phone features of the ring app, it would be nice to have the phone section open separately from the messages section. Currently, when attempting to launch two (or more) instances of the Ring Central desktop app, nothing happens.

Add Entire User Group to Primary Members in Call Queues
Adding members is cumbersome, espessially if you have them spanned over multiple pages. We should be able to simply add an entire User group to a queue.
