Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call
Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call, after the latest update the ability to dial out while there is an incoming call is no longer available. You need to ignore the call first to be able to dial out which is inconvenient for customers that has a call queue and receiving a lot of calls.

Agreed. This needs to be updated. Our phones are constantly ringing and I do not want to turn off incoming calls on my phone to make calls but sometimes have to in order to prioritize making an outbound call.

We're experiencing the same issue, and it's causing significant delays for our team. With our high volume of calls, it's become nearly impossible to make outbound calls unless we turn off the call queue, which is not a viable solution for us. This update has really impacted our workflow, and it would be great to see a resolution that allows us to dial out without having to ignore incoming calls.

Exactly what the original poster said, its extremely frustrating for our phone reps because sometimes they NEED to make an outbound call but they are on several call queues and either need to ignore callers which is horrible OR they have to turn their queue off. This is so inconvenient!!!!

I hope this request is instantly looked at and changed ASAP. It says something that people are complaining days after the Dial pad functionality was changed. In fairness, I would agree there was confusion about which Dial pad was active during a call, but now you are limiting functionality because of how poorly designed the Dial pad was. Please revert this back now and rethink how to fix the original issue.

I do not like this update- I cannot make an outbound while I am receiving a call. This makes an issue for prioritizing calls that need to be made ASAP.

If you are dialing a telephone number and an incoming call comes in, it erases the telephone number and displays incoming call ID.
Issue is that if you are in a queue with heavy incoming calls, you cannot dial out because every incoming calls removes the dialer.
