Ring Groups should display if your on a call
When adding people to a ring group under a users extension the HUD or Presence does not change to show them having incoming calls or on an active call when that extension is ringing.
Example
Extension 11111
Under this extension you add extension 22222 to a ring group so they both ring together.When 11111 is dialed 22222 will not show they have an incoming call when it is ringing or busy if they answered that call.

Custom Teams to Ringcentral presence sync
It would be great if we could customise how the sync presence between Microsoft teams and Ringcentral works. At the moment you are locked into a state whereby anything other than 'Do Not Disturb' in Microsoft teams still allows incoming calls to reach your extension number in Ringcentral. I believe it would be nice to customise how the different states in Teams change the states in Ringcentral. For example, setting it so that a busy state in Microsoft teams also changes the Ringcentral state to 'do not disturb'.

Mitel 6940: Add user status indicators with Intercom programming
Our office uses the Mitel 6940 but uses the Intercom function, instead of the Presence function. The user status indicator is not currently available with Intercom and THAT is exactly when a status is MOST needed!!! Please modify the software to make that a reality. It would make the office communications much more smooth and non-disruptive. Now, we end up interrupting auser's call for a transfer because we have no idea if they are on the phone. A truly negative software attribute. Thanks

Presence indicator on RingCentral app for desktop SMS part.
Need to have a presence indicator on the SMS section on the RingCentral app for desktop, similar to the one in the Messages part, where you can see if the person is available or on call. Hope you can fix it for SMS section.

"Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls" for call queue
"Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls" only works when the monitored user receives a direct call (i.e., their extension is used). I would like to use this feature when a monitored user answers a call from the queue.

Client doesn't wanted to get the call notification if one of the extension he is monitoring gets a call. He just wanted to see the presence icon turns red if an extension is on a call.

Add a "Is available" notification when someone is done with a phone call
It would be helpful to be able to set a notification to let you know when a coworker is off of a phone call/meeting.

Don’t want three status options of Available, DND, and Invisible. Want to create multiple status selections, one click, ex. DND – Vac...
...ation, DND- Lunch, DND-Out Sick, DND-Meeting, etc…. Customer wants to define more to DND for phone status and not just setting the “Set Status Message” but expect RC to create custom DND items to select, example; DND-Vacation, DND-Lunch, DND-Dinner, DND-OutSick, DND-Traveling, etc…. They want also the option of changing Available as well with reason codes and not with Set Status Message. If any of DND descriptions is selected, it puts the phone in DND and follow the call handing path.

HUD pop out window on RingCentral app
It's great that the HUD was added to the RingCentral desktop app however, the only thing for us that it seems to be lacking is the ability to adjust the layout of the pop out window for the HUD. We still use the RingCentral Phone app because the pop out HUD view allows me to customize my HUD window more than the HUD in the RC app. In the RC app I can't get everyone to appear on the same size window like I had with the RC Phone app. Please see attached screenshots

Add AWAY Option for chat
We (my entire work team) would like the option to set our chat status to "Away" as well as to add text along with it. Right now, the only options are Available, Not Available and Invisible.

Desk Phone presence
give the ability to add call queue or an IVR to the phone presence. This would make it easier for a user (in this case the receptionist) to transfer callers to an IVR or call Queue with the push of one button.
