Automaticaly sync Contacts from Ringcentral Apps and Phone to High Volume SMS website
Currently, High Volume SMS does not have any contact from RingCentral. Please improve the integration from High Volume SMS with RingCentral Apps and allow Ringcentral Phone App to have the same access of send Text Message with the same number that being used on High Volume SMS. It is very inconvenient to have using 2 different platform in order to manage the voice calls and messages.

.HEIC File Format on SMS
Please add support for file formats .HEIC .HEIF .HEVC on SMS. We are a healthcare company that request timesheets from nurses. 50% of our user base has iphones and it is an impossible task to request them to set different photo settings to send in a .jpeg instead. Passing on this task to our customers discourages them and results in lost business for us.

Be able to use web hyperlinks in the text tool
Its a real shame that a phone platform like this does not allow the capability to put a hyperlink for a website in a text. I have to type out or send the exact URL. Makes no sense. Text is my main source of communication and I send links all day to sign up for events, etc and I have to email them instead.

Generate a Report of Abandoned Text Messages
Sometimes , messages are received and read , but not responded to immediately. If it is followed up by many other received messages, then that message may be forgotten and buried in the list of SMS threads. There is currently no way to generate a report for text messages that have been received but have not been responded to. The idea is to generate a report (manually or automatically displayed in the admin portal), where the timeframe (ie. last 7 days, 14 days, or 1 month) can be specified and all text messages not responded will be listed. Add Inbound/Outbound event filter to the instant message event
The instant message event currently delivers a payload for new inbound messages that include the message details, meaning an additional api call to retrieve the message details is not necessary, unlike the message event. It would be useful to be able to receive outbound messages as well as an instant message event, especially for integrations in which users will also be utilizing the native ring central sms functionality within the portal.

Send instant text (or canned text) from phone to person you are on the phone with.
This is a powerful sales tool. The user would be able to instantly text the customer information while they are in a conversation on the the cell phone. This could work also while on Ring Centrals office phones (computers). There could be canned messages saved on the system also that can be sent instantly. This is similar to cell phones now that can send a message while on a phone conversation. Automatic Replies in Texts
Please consider adding automatic replies for texts, much like we have for voicemails and emails. When I go on vacation, I can set automatic replies so that if someone emails or calls me, they are reminded that I am on vacation. I would like the same functionality for texts. Being able to set up an automatic reply for my text messages that reminds my clients that I am on vacation after they text me would be very beneficial.

Sync Text messages once user move from extension to another
It will be beneficial for the users and admins to keep the history of their sms conversation, so that if they have to track on something it will easier for them to check and will not lost any important transactions happened via sms

Texts Distro - ACO
Same as an Email Distribution list but for texts - One phone number can have multiple users on it to be able to receive a text or send a text. A group of people can receive the one text sent for that specific number but can also send texts to that specific number and can be receive by multiple users.

Auto text so I can go on vacation in peace.
Add auto text when we are not at work. I shouldn’t have to send texts to remind my patients that I’m off after 5:00pm.

Have a text message sent should there be a voicemail in a specific mailbox extension.
It would be benefial if the RC system could send a text message to a single cell phone number or even a list of cell phone numbers so that when a voicemail has been left in a specific mailbox a group of people can be notified.

Add SMS FAILURE notification to desktop/browser app
On the mobile app & on the old web app, I would see a notification if a text message was not able to go out. On the new desktop/browser apps, there is no notification so if I send an SMS there is no way for me to know that the message did not go out. This is a problem because I think that a co-worker / client received my message & they did not receive anything. Add ability to limit text size or block images
Since Ring Central started put a limit on text msg, I would like to block incoming text photos as I get billed $20 few times a month now.
