  1. aside from voicemail option in IF NO ONE ANSWERS there should be a message notification too to the customers that will say that they are not available.

  2. If someone calls our team and we dont pick up the phone, we can send them an automated text acknowledging that we are sory for not answering the phone or something long those lines

  3. We really need this feature so clients can text our "support team, customer service team, etc." and allow several people on our company team be able to view & reply to these messages.

    Nextiva just rolled out with this feature last month (Feb. 2024). Let's see it already RingCentral, please! Don't let Nextiva outpace you on features. They've been rolling out really nice back to back features in the past 2 months.

  5. Consistency of SMS service to Canadian phone numbers, as some customers are having issues sending SMS to Canadian numbers as well.

  8. Allow ability to hide old conversations via text or archive them. Google voice has this feature.

    First I hide the messages so I can reply to more pressing issues and free up space but also organize our texts, for example I might have a conversation I cannot reply at this second but I read it, however once more texts start coming in from other customers it gets hidden.

    We need ability to hide but not delete the texts so when they are hidden, then they text again, it appears back on screen and all the old messages are still there…

  9. 1)Add a feature such that after a particular time(work hours) we should stop receiving notification alert on mobile app.
    We cant do that from mobile settings as it will stop all notifications.

    2) Schedule a message so that it can be sent later also

    3)After working hours by default my status change from active to inactive

  10. It would be great if Super Admin have full access to VM and SMS of all the user on the account in the Admin Portal. As a Super Admin, they should be able to view these information for review and reporting on the same place they are managing the settings of the account

  11. Text messages from Google Voice nos. is not showing in the group conversation in the RingCentral app but instead its showing in a separate thread for the said number. I need to be able to receive messages from google vocie nos. on the same group thread and not on a separated thread for google vocie

  17. We need to send larger pdf documents via text. Our prior provider automatically converted files to a clickable link when we dropped them in the text message. This avoids the need to support sending multiple file types and avoid size limitations of sms.

  18. option to view the number of the recipient/sender along/beside their name

    verbatim from cx; When I would text a client, their phone number would appear next to their name in the text messaging section. For some reason, it no longer appears. Is this a system update, or did I change a setting somehow?

  19. On the desktop app PLEASE add a copy button right next to the phone number when the text message is open. Right now it is on the drop down menu (like in the picture) but it would be really helpful to put it right next to the phone number. Thanks!
