  1. Ability to Download SMS Logs with Custom Columns on the reports. Currently not able to download SMS logs with the Status column. It only downloads with fixed and specified columns which is not complete as listed on the admin portal.

I would like to be able to order the template texts alphabetically or what ever so that I can find them in a logical order. ie - all texts pertaining to Reminders, or Paperwork Due, etc. - I like and use the templates every day. I used to have a text file on the side of my RC that I would cut and paste into RC. So great addition!

  4. On the RingCentral desktop app, you used to be able to see the full SMS history when you went to create a new SMS text. Now when you create a new SMS text message, you don't see the history. It was super helpful to have the history there any time you created a new SMS message. The new functionality is not great for awareness of the most recent text message.

  5. I'd love to see the new "Send New Text" pop-up window reverted back to the old format where you could see any prior text history when sending a new text. The new popup window has a constricting feel, especially when texting someone there's prior history with that you can't see in the same way as you used to when clicking the "Send New Text" button

  9. I have advised my clients that when they want to cancel their appointment for my business to send a text message containing the word "CANCEL" to my company number. Instead of me receiving just the SMS those customers ending up on the OPTED-OUT numbers, now I have no way of sending SMS to them. Please remove this keyword "Cancel" from automatically going to opted out number, my keyword for opting out of SMS is "STOP"

    As a workaround while this is being reviewed, instead of asking customers to respond with the word Cancel, you could ask to respond with 1 to Accept and 2 to Cancel.

  15. For messages and texting when you highlight the message you want read it just says the person's name! Really annoying. Need text-to-speech option and then speech-to-text that's easier. This also needs to be compatible with Echo, CarPlay, etc. Need more features for the busy professional on the go please!

  19. BeeTexting is for the company phone numbers text messages. RingCentral App SMS icon should be used for the direct phone numbers SMS. Just like what the customer has in the RingCentral desktop/web app.

  20. When I send a link with a video in it to someone who registers on our real estate website they will not open it. They are worried it is a virus (spam). When I text the consumer they think its AI. With the technology that RingCentral has today why cant they have the option to send video text with a embedded video showing there is a real human like you can through your personal cell phone ie Verizon Wireless? Sprint? T-Mobile?
