  4. If Beetexting is already added in the account the customer should have the option to turn off the regular SMS

    If the customer added Beetexting, the regular SMS duplicate the message, which is a normal behavior. But cx want to have the option in the settings to turn off duplicate SMS

  5. Instead of large group texts where everyone can respond to each other we have an option of creating a large group that send individual texts to a mass group by a click of a button instead of entering every individual persons contact every time

    I don't know if this is possible. However, customer is looking for a SMS Smart routing.

    For example, an existing customer already sent an SMS to a number and one of their agents already assisted that customer.

    Customer request is when that same customer sends another SMS in the future it should be routed to the same agent that assisted that customer to continue the conversation. This is regardless of what number they send to. Cx request is to also keep the conversation like on hold if ever the same customer replies to them.

    This critical issue prevents users from securely registering or recovering their Telegram accounts using their dedicated RingCentral business number. The problem is generally understood to be caused by Telegram's security systems classifying RingCentral numbers as "VoIP," which blocks the delivery of the short code SMS.

  15. TCR has an option for submissions to be a Sole Proprietorship with an individual's social security number instead of requiring an EIN and registered company. The campaigns have a lower messaging volume (capped at 1.000 messages), but TCR does have a path for them to get texting approval. For some reason, RingCentral does not provide this option to customers despite selling to many franchisees and sole proprietorships for phone service with the reasonable expectation that they can also text with the service since it's advertised all over the site (and by their sellers) as included with the seat(s).

When sending text messages on the RingCentral App for End⁠-⁠Users desktop application, have it default to "Send messages individually" instead of "Create group text", like how it was for the RingCentral Phone desktop app that will be discontinued on 5/1/2026. It is rarely appropriate in a business setting to send a group text message. You would never want to text multiple customers and include other customers' phone numbers. It is a violation of privacy.   18. After the recent Shared SMS update, all of my existing SMS message history across multiple extensions was suddenly wiped and is no longer accessible. Even after disabling Shared SMS, the previous conversation threads did not return. I am requesting a feature or capability that allows SMS history to be preserved or restored after enabling Shared SMS, or at least a way to retrieve the lost message history from the backend. This is important for maintaining communication records and ensuring continuity of business conversations.
