Allow to send faxes to non T38 transmission
Allow sending fax using G.711u.
At the moment, RingCentral only supports T.38 for faxing.
There are customers that are still using G.711u for faxing. We need to make sure that it works regardless of the transmission method.

Enable Call Forwarding to Distinguish Between Voice and Fax Calls
Currently, when call forwarding is enabled for EX User extensions, the forwarding logic does not distinguish between voice and fax calls. When a call terminates directly to a User extension, the system can differentiate between fax and voice calls and handle them accordingly. However, when forwarding is enabled, both fax and voice calls are forwarded indiscriminately, causing fax calls to be treated as voice calls.

Inbound Fax Format Adaptation or Override Mechanism
Problem Statement
While the majority of inbound faxes are successfully received via T.38, isolated instances occur where certain senders transmit faxes using non-T.38 formats (typically voice/G.711). In these cases:The system does not identify the call as a fax, treating it as a voice call.
The fax fails to be processed, and no fallback handling is in place.
The burden of resolution falls entirely on the sender, who may not have technical control over their fax equipment or carrier routing.
This results in negative customer impact, particularly when:
The sender is a critical third-party (e.g., government or financial institutions).

I want "None" as option under Cover page drop down in Admin portal Login.
As Ring Central states, "It does not have to be used if not needed" regarding the cover page selection, but there is no option to select "None" in the cover page selection dropdown.

Have a single point of entry for faxes
It will be helpful if we have an option for the customers to set up a single point of entry for their incoming faxes.

The cover page generated by RC contains crucial transmission details and needs to be received by the sender as an option.
The cover page generated by RingCentral contains crucial transmission details (sender info, recipient info, date/time, subject, number of pages) that aren't always fully replicated in the same format on the basic status confirmation report. The users want proof of what was sent, including the RingCentral's generated cover-page details. We currently receive fax status confirmation through email, would it be possible to include the server's generated cover page along with the transmission confirmation status report from our sent faxes?

Send fax transmission results to email of fax sender
We have a number of people who can do email to fax for a specific extension. As it is, when someone sends a fax via email, they do not get a notification of the fax transmission results. We do not want all of the email to fax users get all fax transmission results, just for the ones they send.
