Need to separate the permission for profile picture and messaging
Currently, the ability for a user to edit their profile picture is tied to the permission setting to hide the messaging tab. This should be two separate things.

Text and Voice message management
managing text and voicemail messages in the app is seriously lacking any features other than Delete! No archive or folder management. We need to be able to mark messages for follow-up, etc. Folders alone would allow this.

Text auto reply and signature
While away on lunch, out of office or not available auto reply would be very helpful when receiving a text. Automatic custom made Signature for every text sent would also save time and so the members know who sent the message.

Allow Click to Call in Docs / Slides (not only Sheets)
Wouldn't it be good to get the possibility to use Click to Call on Docs & Slides, just like with Excel / Sheets ?We have plenty of presentations with numbers that needs to be redialed manually.Moreover, it's not very intuitive because it does work with Excel / G Sheet.

Is it possible to configure the number of times a prompt is repeated in the IVR system? Currently set to repeat 3 times, hard coded. I h...
...ave a flow in which if the person stays on the line I would like it to goto an extension. Currently the greeting repeats 3 times before going to the extension. This is not desired. It would be better if it repeated only once before going to the extension. With everything being configurable why is this setting hard coded? Thanks.. As it will give the customers option to select how many times they want the IVR Menu Greeting to play in case the caller will not press anything. As right now its fixed to play the IVR menu 3 times.…

Remove or lock the "Call from" option from specific users
Currently, Users can use the "Call from" drop down to change the number that the call they are placing, comes from. This is a great tool for certain users on our team, not so much for the ones that don't need this. For the majority of our users, they shouldn't be able to use, let alone see, this function.

Customize and change ring order of incoming calls on RC desktop/mobile app to another position besides First.
Right now I have the RC desktop app and a physical desk phone. I would like the ability to be able to change the RC desktop app to ring (2nd) in the incoming call order rather than default to the first spot. It forces me to have to toggle it on/off on a daily basis where if I'm in the office I only have my physical phone ring and if I'm out of the office I will toggle on the RC app to receive incoming calls first. Call Wait Pop-up or Notification
If all extensions are busy on call or only one extension is online , there must be a call wait pop-up or notification comes up (if a client calls up). The feature is missing. We always miss the caller number or information. I request you to please add this feature "Call Wait Notification". This will help to call back our client.

Removal of "tips" popups
The popups that continually show up as "tips" get irritating, especially after having RingCentral for a week. They often pop up as a call is coming in, or as a video call is coming in, making it difficult to answer, often resulting in missed calls

In previous RingCentral DialPad versions, my caller ID remained viewable throughout an active phone call.On this newer version (Web: 22.3.30.1620 2022-09-19 17:44:15), I was hunting for my caller ID while I was on an active call. In the conversation, a conference call was placed to a third party; then, a voice message was needed. In the voice message, I fumbled with leaving my callback number. Allow text messages with email address under new SMS policy
I am no longer able to include my personal business email address in text messages (they are not sent). Apparently this is due to a new policy that does not permit sms messages to be used to send links to lead generating websites. But the only "lead generation" on my website is a "contact us" page with a fillable form and a link to a hubspot scheduler to schedule a consultation.Now, when I tell somebody to email me documents, any message with my email address (name@domain.com) will not be sent.I'm not sending them a link to my webpage…

Please add slider bar for voicemail
We receive tons of messages in this office. We used to be able, with the old app, to listen to parts of the message via a slider bar. Now, if we miss something we have to listen to the whole message again. Very time consuming:(

Showing available when connecting to a call
Currently when we make a call out to someone, the status shows as available until we are connected to the other person. This should show as "on a call" during this time as well. Sometimes we have receptionists looking to transfer a call and they see we are available when we are actually on the phone.

Hide Text Messages to clean up window
It would be very useful to be able to hide unused text message chains. There wouldn't be a need to cancel, but having the ability to hide or close out texts until we receive a response will help clean up the window. I would love to be able to only see my texts that need to be addressed, rather than the entire list.

Automated Text Responses
This would allow users to set automated text responses similar to how they would on an email. Anyone who tries texting a RingCentral number that is in Do Not Disturb mode or outside of business hours will receive an automatic reply.

Money ring tone like it shows in notifications
I would like the money ringtone to sound when my phone rings with a business call from my forwarded ring central account. It is available for notifications but not for a ring tone.

Troubleshooting - save logs more than 48 hours
Support technicians always asked for call samples/logs that occured within 24-48 hours because they will no longer show on the RingCentral records. This is causing delayed resolutions to multiple issues that are being experienced by the users.RingCentral could have the logs to save logs that are more than 48 hours to troubleshoot the cause of the issues reported on the calls.
