  3. Other softphone apps allow me to set a shortcut key to dial the highlighted number in Windows. So, anywhere in any app, if I highlight a phone number, I can hit a key and dial it in the RC app.

  5. Old RC would provide sound notifications even if your app was focused. You could be ative in a team, and still receive sound notifications for other teams. Now, you do not get any sound notifications if the app is focused - it NEEDS to be out of focus / not active in order to get sound notifications.

Please add a share option on that where the user can share his file from the RingCentral app to other applications i am using RingCentral for a long time but when i want to send a file from the RingCentral app to other applications like WhatsApp, so I have to download it first and then send it, this application has limited us only to our environment as compared to other applications.

  7. We would like to the ability to use any number we own in our system as caller ID for any user, regardless of which site they are associated with. When Multi-Site settings are in use, only numbers associated with Company Site can be shared across the system for use as caller ID.

My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?

  17. Due to high pfishing and maliscious attacks with email, we would like to be able to receive MFA authentication via SMA/Text messaging like other major apps. It is much faster, and easier to accomodate if you are already on a phone call, or dont have access to email at the moment. For desktop and Chrome app please. Or Mobile if applies.

  18. The customer service quality is awful and a waste of the customer's time. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training, the representatives are not trained enough on how the platform works or have hard time understand language. It could be a language barrier. Either way, it makes the situation hard in attempt to solve the problem because being on the phone is hard enough. It sounds like they outsource their customer service to other countries without the proper training to provide them, Either way, it is frustrating attempting to get a hold of Ringcentral.   19. I would love it if I could receive toast banner notifications alerting me to new incoming message(s) (eg. direct, minitalk, or messages posted to a team). Currently it appears I can only get sound notifications, emails that show up at a 15 minute increment or a getting the Icon to bounce. I currently have my icon set to bounce once. Often times I miss that clue if I turn my head away too long from my screen.
