Maintain Position of Phone Options in Call Handling
When trying to change my call handling from going only to my mobile app to going only to my soft phone, the entry for my mobile phone starts at the top and then gets switched out for my soft phone after I toggle off the mobile app. It's annoying to think the soft phone will be in one position and then have it jump to another after I change the mobile app setting.
The phone entries should stay in the same order in the list no matter whether they are active or not.

Admin can change other users' presence status and presence message
If a user doesn't show up for work (calls out sick, for example), their Available/Busy status cannot be updated by anyone else, so all other users see their presence as whatever their last status was, and they think that the user is at their desk when they are not there. It would be helpful if an Admin user could change other users' Available/Busy status, and the presence message, so that all other users would know the true status of the user.

Add Team Members in-bulk in Glip/RC App
This would be useful in way so that when client creates a Group or Team in RC App Messaging, they won't have to type the users email one by one. Would be good to if adding the members that are already within their company is via check box

Add an option to keep RingCentral App in Front of all windows
Users are using virtual desktop on all screens which pushes the RingCentral app behind the VDI. They would like an option to keep the RingCentral App in the foreground, in front of all open windows, so that they do not have to minimize or Alt + Tab to use the RingCentral App

Location tracking for incoming a non-callers
My team is a very effective team. If we were to get somebody who repeatedly gets anon callers but nobody else does, is there a way to track the caller? Maybe general location such as city or state? I have no way of tracking a slacker if they join the team from the anon caller perspective.

Send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder
The spam calls about renewing auto insurance in particular are getting out of hand. On my cell phones, I can send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder. It would be nice if Ring Central could do this too.

Add preview of the beginning of recent SMS messages like the old app used to have
On the old desktop/browser app, you could see a snippet of the beginning message of the most recent sms messages & you could scroll down to see older messages. When we had to switch to the new desktop/browser app, that feature went away & now we can only scroll through the phone numbers of the recent recipients & have to click on each specific # to see the message. Provide a way to block delete contacts and voice mail.
SummaryI find that the proliferation of political, scams, and non-profit fundraising are flooding my voice mail. Also vendors and other contacts either fall out of favor or are superseded by new ones. I hope that RC will provide a way to manage both of these in blocks. Ability to add call log contacts to any list including global company list.
There needs to be an ability to save call log contacts to any contact list not just default to users personal list.

Save custom status
I understand that we can set a custom status and I understand that there are 6 "canned" statuses. I would like the ability to either edit those 6 canned "slots" or add my own custom statuses that I might use frequently. I would find this super useful during work from home times.Examples: "Picking up the kiddo from school", "Away for lunch", etc.

Bring Back the Missed Chat Message Preview that arrives in Email. This was recently removed
The Email Digest that gets sent when we used to miss a chat message would display the chat message contents in the email. This was recently changed. Now their is only a Reply fuction but I have no idea what I am replying to.Having this feature helps when we are out of office or in meetings and need to respond.We do not want to install RC apps on our personal cell phones.

The ability to prevent update the task status in case if task is overdue for everyone but creator.
To have the ability, to define only by creator, if the task status is able or not, to be modified by the non-creator in case if task is overdue.In case if the flag=false/disabled the update function is disabled for non-creator users in case if task is overdue.

"ignore" button on Google Extension sends call to voicemail and is linked to the RC App?
When you have the google extension and the RC App opened and that a call comes in, if you click on "ignore" on the google extension the RC App will still keep ringing and you have to also click on "send to voicemail" on the Rc app. Is it possible to link both apps and if "ignore" is clicked on the Google extension it also sends it to voicemail on the RC App.

Allow guests the ability to initiate video call
There are a few guest users on my team and previously they were able to start video calls but something has changed and they are no longer able to start the call. Please change it back so anyone can initiate a call with anyone on the team.
