  1. User is on an active call either from direct or via call queue.The users receives another call while they are still on the phone. Currently the 2nd call is ringing and interrupting the user who is on the other line. The 2nd call should go directly to voicemail without ringing the user.

  2. On Single level IVR , can we have the option to remove the (0) operator extension or when callers press 0 they will be routed back to the main company greeting?Thanks!

  3. Selecting a custom named profile would establish video & audio settings. i.e. an "Office" profile would establish different video & audio settings than a "Home" profile. For those that have desks at both home and office - it would simplify the user interface.

  5. There is no way to have no number/person selected on the left side of the text screen. If the highlighted person send a new text, it automatically shows as read, so can be easily missed. Please add a way to have nobody selected so texts aren't missed due to this design flaw.

  6. While in the RingCentral Desktop app, and while in the RingCentral Android app, it is impossible to stop an incoming call from silencing the current call. It's very frustrating to be on a call and have the incoming call stop the current call. The caller on the first call is always perplexed why they cannot hear me for a minute and it severely hobbles business calls.

  8. link to join a conference from laptop, and got an error that said "One-tap join is currently unavailable on this device. Please refer to the conference invitation to join.But she was able to log in via the app on the cell phone.

  14. I use the ios mobile app frequently. Unfortunately, I am unable to view/edit any scheduled meetings that are greater than 1 week out. I have to go to the desktop app to do so. It would be much more convenient to have those meetings accessible via the mobile app.

  15. Inbound Calls to the RC numbers can only be filtered by the phone number and there is no way to stop receiving calls that are forwarded from another carrier.Hoping that we can have a feature that can detect forwarded calls and let users decide to block or accept them.

  16. Every called that is parked should have a duration on the screen. Would be really nice to have the duration so the call that has been parked the longest can be picked up first

  17. Users that are part of a queue /or even ring group is not ringing their extensions if they only have soft phone / desktop application / mobile application which gives limit to call routing of the company.A lot of employees were now working remotely and not all of them have physical phones.

  18. It would be useful so that you can forward a voicemail message to another user. From the App you would click on the phone icon, all voicemail, click on the three dots, and then there would be a forward option, and you could forward it to another extension.If you were to call in and check your voicemail, you could forward from the IVR and add a message, similar to a supervised call transfer, but this would be a supervised voicemail message transfer.

  19. Ring Central Message automatically uses characters such as * and _ as a pseudo-commands to format the characters inbetween them. It also allows the (now standard) use for control characters (ctrl-b, ctrl-u, ctrl-i) for formatting. Further, the formatting is not shown prior to sending the message, and worse, there is no limit (that I have come across) as to how far apart these characters are in a message.My idea is to have an option to turn off the use of printable characters as formatting commands.Use cases:Copy/pasting a mathematical formula with multiplication.   20. It would be helpful (and something that was a feature with Fonality) where you can click on a phone number in your browser OR copy and paste a phone number to the RC web app. The call starts to dial out, but it's connected to your deskphone where the call takes place.
