deskphone pairing - turning off the feature by device/computer.
RingCentral Embeded App Phone Pairing. When I turn off phone pairing from my Mac, it disabled on my Windows PC as well. We need to turn off phone pairing by devices. Currently it is synchronize, if you turn it off , it will turned off across all devices that you're sign in.

While the current SMS Booster feature in RingCentral is working well for the users, we believe there is an opportunity to further enhance the functionality to improve productivity for teams operating under specific call queues.
First, it would be very helpful if there were an option to automatically send an SMS response when someone calls a call queue. Caller ID names to be alphabetized and not by area code
The caller id is sorted by default with area codes. Is there a way this can be changed or we can be given option to change it to alphabetical orders? I am referring to request caller ID names to be alphabetized and not by area code. For example, we have Utah above Texas which is because that area code is 208 above 210

Add Search Bar / Paste Functionality to "My Caller ID" Dropdown in RingEX App
We are requesting a feature update to add a search bar directly inside the outbound "My Caller ID" dropdown menu in the RingCentral app.
Currently, our users have access to a large pool of company, substitute or even call queue numbers. When making an outgoing call or returning a call, they are forced to manually scroll through a massive, unsorted list of numbers to find the correct one. This is highly inefficient and leads to dialing delays.

Extend Parked Call Banner/On-Screen Display Time
We would like a configurable setting to extend the amount of time a parked call notification/banner remains visible on the screen. Currently, after a call is parked, the banner displaying the park extension (e.g., (\ast 801)) disappears from the screen too quickly.
Business Need / Use Case: When handling high call volumes, receptionists and team members often need to page a colleague or look up information before retrieving the parked call. If the banner vanishes after only two minutes, the specific park location code is lost.

We would like to formally submit a feature request for RingEX.
Currently, agents using the RingCentral desktop application do not have visibility into the number of callers waiting in the queues to which they are assigned. This limitation impacts operational awareness, staffing responsiveness, and overall service level management.
