  3. Customer can have different types of Calendar integrated to their RingCentral Application like Outlook or MS Teams.

    We would like the option to allow customer to disable incoming calls when they have a meeting. They also want to make sure that incoming calls across all platforms are disabled while on a meeting (RingCentral Mobile App, Desktop App, and hardphone).

    I need a "Update User Template" API for e.g. update a callhandling user template, to put hundred or more "callers" to the condition to provide this template for hunderd and mor users.

  8. The current limit for adding multiple accounts to the RingCentral desktop app is 3. This limit should be increased to allow more than 3 accounts.

    This will be useful for partners that are working projects for multiple RingCentral customers.

  10. Share Voicemail via email

    Currently, to share voicemail via email on the app, customers need to install Microsoft Outlook desktop app but as per customer, they are using Google Workspace and not Outlook.

    Please have an option to use other external email instead of just MS Outlook app.

  13. I’d like to submit a feature request on behalf of the customer. She asked if there could be an option to change the color of the profile icon in the RingCentral app when no profile picture is uploaded. Currently, the icon defaults to a preset color with the user's initials, and she would like the ability to customize that for a more personalized experience.

Although we enabled the 'External Shared Contacts Directory' as directed in the KB provided (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-the-shared-directory-of-external-contacts-in-the-RingCentral-Admin-Portal.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US), the newly added contact is not recognised by the desktop plugin but IS recognised by the Teams addon

    The presence status automatically changes from "green" to "grey(offline)" after 15 minutes of inactivity, although the user is working on the PC (app in the background)

    Request:
    The change of the presence status in case of inactivity must be freely configurable (after time or no change) include the option to deactivate.

  20. At the moment, account validation is mandatory, which requires a user to complete an authentication process when signing in to a new device for the first time. We would like to have an option to disable this feature.
