    • Option to bring back the old layout on the Phone Tab wherein the spacious dial pad or right side is not that blank.
    • Since the dial pad can be popped up, the right side could have been minimized or could be adjusted to maximize displays of call logs and voicemails as a whole and not per log.

  1. When sending a fax from the contacts using the RingCentral app, and the contacts have multiple numbers saved such as business, mobile, or fax. When choosing a contact to whom to send the fax the system should identify automatically which is the fax number. The current behavior is when you choose a contact on the contact list and try to send a fax to that contact with multiple numbers, it always sends to the first contact number and does not automatically send a fax to the fax number registered to the contact reason why the fax is failing because it…

  5. We have SSO turned on. Most users are on a chromebook. We need to access the app glip. We are looking for an option to sync the log in however it is setup to log in first in RingCentral not sync even using the option for SSO. The glip app does not always work unless we connect to Ring Central first -
    then we can connect to the app.

  6. The RC Deployment Tool should be a completely separate entity and not tied to any one version of the RC Desktop App. There is a new 'tool' released with each new RC App release.
    This tool is supposed to help the administrators by letting the RC App update itself automatically. However, the FAQ states that the Deployment Tool should also be updated once a quarter which again requires admin attention and defeats much of the purpose of the tool. Especially since that's about how often we were updating the RC app anyway!

When a user has MS Teams Mobile Mode enabled, they should have that clearly indicated and guiding them to the MS Teams to get full funcationliaty on the mobile app. As it works right now, users are just shown the dialpad and think there is an issue when they try and check their messages, place a fax, etc. While the intention is for them to do this in MS Teams, this is not clear in the RingCentral app the way it works now.

  11. Have app save my choice for input and output. If the headset is not recognized, them go to the default setting.

    The app should remember the last setting. Only go to default if the that choice(headset) is not available.

  13. On physical phones, the device automatically sends dscp tagging of ef1, however the softphone client does not have this enabled by default and requires a lengthy GPO to setup. Can we have DSCP tagging feature added to the softphone client software

  19. Today students at Columbia University can sign up for a RingCentral account using their Columbia.edu email. They are required to create a temporary password before they are allowed to sing in using the SSO credentials. Columbia is asking to remove the step requiring a temporary password.
