Being kicked from Teams calls when receiving a RingCentral call
We are being disconnected from Teams calls and meetings when a RingCentral call comes in. When speaking with the technician, we are told this is because we have the call control feature turned on on our headsets and would need to turn this off in order to not be dropped from existing calls. We were told that this is a 'feature' (not being dropped from existing calls) that is not currently available when call control is enabled. Per my conversation with the tech:

Implement location support for 911 in VDI environments, Citrix and VMWare
Though the RingCentral client is supported in virtualized environments like Citrix and VMWare Horizon, it does not appear to fully meet the requirements of Ray Baum’s Act in the US in those deployments. Separation of activities of Paired RC app and Desk Phone
Customer would like to separate the activities of Desk Phone and RC App when they are paired. If the customer receives a call, if deskphone is set to ring first, there should be no effect on the RC app.

Show user availability in call history
When checking call history for missed calls etc. we would appreciate to show user's availability status LED like in the chat window to see if it makes sense to call back or if the person is currently not available, on another call or perhaps inactive.

Message button in active call window to directly access chat with calling user
Add a button to the active call window to be able to directly send a chat message (beside the "normal" buttons like mute etc.) to the user on the phone (as long as he/she is a RC user) or at least to directly jump to the related direct chat with the user.

I want the ability to ignore calls coming in on a call queue
Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

completely separate the RC Deployment Tool from the App
The RC Deployment Tool should be a completely separate entity and not tied to any one version of the RC Desktop App. There is a new 'tool' released with each new RC App release.
This tool is supposed to help the administrators by letting the RC App update itself automatically. However, the FAQ states that the Deployment Tool should also be updated once a quarter which again requires admin attention and defeats much of the purpose of the tool. Especially since that's about how often we were updating the RC app anyway!

Ability to keep phone calls within RC app only (no pop up separate window) like RC phone app
When I upgraded from RC Phone app to unified RC App, I noticed that active calls would pop up in a separate window. I don't want calls to pop up in a separate window because it causes clutter and makes it harder to get to the active call in order to manage.
