  1. Hi team,

    please add an email button that can be used to send mails to to the contact in the call history (if the callee is a known contact with email provided). Please add the same email button on the contact view. The button should trigger to open the default intalled mail client and add the callee's mail in the "to" field.

  3. Unlike the RC meeting solution, RingCentral Video doesn't allow the user to automatically receive a security notification when someone enters his virtual room using the url meeting. However this feature is useful in case the user doesn't want to secure his virtual room with a password instead.

  5. Currently at your support website, the limitation of your fax pages we should be able to send is up to 200. I've tested this multiple times, but it always fails to send despite not exceeding the size limit. I've contacted support about this but they're recommendation is to break the faxes by batch making it 100 pages per fax. A feature which allows us to send faxes with more than 100 pages on it per fax will be greatly appreciated.

Currently, the RingCentral App automatically logs users out after 14 days of inactivity for security reasons.     Hi. I've enabled international calling using the admin console. I wanted to check that using the mobile app wouldn't result in call charges as per guidance at

  15. We see area codes, sometimes many for a single country, and even if the visible area codes are enabled it just says that the user is 'not authorized to make the call'. We have to call in to determine that the number is blacklisted for fraud and a form request must be sent in to the fraud team to unlock the blocked number.If a different message presented, or if the billing area included the codes that are blacklisted, it would just make this easier to know that a request needs to be sent to whitelist the number.   17. Where would an end user go to audibly record their name for use in the system directory. I can find a setting for this within service.ringcentral.com, but cannot at app.ringcentral.com. It is my assumption that we want the end user going to app.ringcentral.com rather than service.ringcentral.com. It seems counter-intuitive to direct them to another site for this setting.

  19. A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.
