Ability to edit the font size for the Video Meeting transcript, and make the words more accurate.
Please add an option to change the transcript’s font size so users can increase or decrease text for better readability and accessibility, and enhance the transcription engine to produce more accurate wording, reducing errors and improving clarity during meetings.

Remove desktop plugin requirement for embedded Teams app
The requirement of a locally installed desktop plugin, or the full mobile app to leverage the Microsoft Teams inegration make what could be a very powerful option less practical. Having the ability to use the embedded Teams app free of any additional software would be an ideal experience! The desktop plugin requirement introduces application packaging and delivery requriements that are not necessary with the RC web app raising the question as to why they are required for the Teams integration.

Include the Poly Voyager 4320 headset to the RingCentrals's recommended headset as it doesn't recognize on the RingCentral app and most of the Users are using this type of model in Poly. I think it's time to expand the supported headsets and update the support site:

Complete Handoff after the Call is Merged
I wanted to make sure that the customer and the other user is properly connected before I leave the call. Currently, when using the app, after I merged the call I cannot leave the line because all the line will get disconnected.
Please consider feature enhancement, Complete Transfer after merged calls.

The customer is requesting the ability to use the Merge Call feature while Deskphone Pairing is enabled. Currently, it appears that this functionality is unavailable or limited when the deskphone is paired with the RingCentral app.

RingCentral Video : display upcoming meetings without any calendar integration
Unlike RingCentral Meeting, RingCentral Video (desktop version) can't display upcoming, scheduled meetings in the app without having configured the calendar integration with an external mail server (Exchange, Google Workspace or whatever...) This prevents the app to display the upcoming RCV meeting in case the calendar integration is not possible

an option you can enable on the backend to allow us to show or hide the Workflows and Workspace tabs in the role settings? I know this can be done on a per-account basis by hiding the options below the "More" button, but I am looking for a role-based setting.
