Auto Update - MSI install for RC app for IT
There's no option on the https://support.ringcentral.com/download for Auto Update for RingCentral App for IT, it's only showing "Non-Auto Update" only

IVR Caller ID - Site Number / Phone number dialed showing on App & Deskphone IVR
Looking for an option to on show on caller receiver per Auto-Receptionist on the account on which number/ site is dialed from the caller. We have 4 different main number on the account we want to show on the call receiver via app or desk phone on which site/number was dialed by the client or caller.

Cloud Recording Audio
RC Meetings. Cloud Recording defaults to Speaker View
When recording a meeting locally, we can switch between Speaker and Gallery view and the recording shows this switch in view.
When recording a meeting to the cloud, the meeting records in Speaker view regardless of our view setting and I cannot find a setting to force the cloud recording to adapt to the user view choice.

Make the "Set Status Message" more visible to what it is set to. Similar to what Outlook does when you have your out of office message active. I often forget to clear my status after returning to the office.

Sending an announcement to a group by using a desk phone button, soft key or and/or a click on the app.
We would like an option wherein, when our receptionist needs help in the lobby when someone comes in the building, she can just press a button, keystroke, or something in the RC computer app to send an announcement to a group of people that she needs help.

Shared Voicemails: Increase number of voicemail boxes per co-recipient
It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

blocked outbound caller ID being tagged as spam
When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.
Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.

include the caller's phone number in the call log details on the mobile app.
The mobile phone details are currently only displaying the name, city, and state, but not the phone number. We need the phone number to be included when viewing the call details on the mobile app.

Add Dinosaur Emojis to RingCentral Chat
This is useful because sometimes you need to reference a dinosaur in a chat. This would benefit me specifically as I recently needed to reference a dinosaur and couldn't. It should work by clicking the emoji button and scrolling down to animals and at least 4 dinosaur options should be available (minimum of T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops)(Pteranodon if a 5th is an option). Also a T-Rex with grabber arms would be nice (it's funny because T-Rex's have short arms.)

In the desktop version under "Messages" each folder has a quick sort of: Pinned, Files, Images, Tasks, Links, Notes, Events, Code Snippets, and Apps. On the mobile version only Files, Pinned, Tasks, Events, Notes, Links are available. I need Images to be available on mobile as well as desktop.
