  4. It is not possible for an individual user to completely remove the "Workspace" feature tab from the RingCentral app interface. The tabs shown in the main navigation bar are a core part of the app's design and functionality, and there is no direct setting to hide or disable the "Workspace" tab itself.

  5. Issue Summary:
    There is an inconsistency in how the Caller ID name is displayed in the Caller ID dropdown between the Mobile App and the Desktop App.

    Current Behavior:

    Mobile App: The Caller ID dropdown displays the name assigned to the phone number in the admin portal.
    Desktop App: The Caller ID dropdown displays the name of the extension to which the phone number is assigned.

    Expected / Desired Behavior:
    For consistency and improved user experience, the Caller ID name logic should be aligned across both Mobile and Desktop applications—ideally displaying the same identifier (either phone number name or extension…

  10. Currently, end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for phone calls in the RingCentral desktop, web, and mobile apps cannot be turned off once it has been enabled during an active call.

    The customer has requested the ability to disable E2EE after it is turned on during the call, as there is currently no option to revert it back to standard encryption without ending the call.

    This limitation affects call flexibility and access to certain features that are unavailable when E2EE is enabled.

  12. If an account has the auto-receptionist routed to Company Greeting and then receives a call that gets disconnected while at the company greeting phase, a missed call is generated. There should be an option to create a workflow builder when the call is just at the company greeting phase.

  17. We're considering adding a feature to display user status directly in the Contacts list, without the need to click on individual names. This would show statuses like "in a call," "in a meeting," "offline," "online," and "available to receive calls." We believe this could enhance user experience by providing quick, at-a-glance information about contact availability.

  20. The current limit for adding multiple accounts to the RingCentral desktop app is 3. This limit should be increased to allow more than 3 accounts.

    This will be useful for partners that are working projects for multiple RingCentral customers.
