Ability to play a pre-recorded audio during live calls.
The customer asked whether we have this feature. Basically, the customer's process is they will have to read aloud a certain script in the live call for recording and compliance. Since they have to say it every time they receive calls, they would rather have a pre-recorded audio that they can click on and will play and be included in the call recording.

Would like to be able to upload contacts in separate list without seeing it under personal contacts that looks like a masterlist
If contacts is uploaded as list that should be it. It should not be added under personal that looks like a masterlist.

Customer wanted to hide the settings icon from the RC app for her employees
Allows the Super Admin to have full control with there settings and Standard users could not change there own settings since it was already configured by the Super Admin

Implement cloud backup of custom fax covers
If we need to re-install the mobile app or clear browser cache (app.ringcentral.com) we are forced to setup our custom fax covers again. Tedious for end users who have different/multiple custom fax covers. Support stated that all the custom fax covers are stored locally on the device (iOS, WinOS, etc). Would be nice if they were stored on the users extension in the admin portal, eg. https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/users/default/??????????/outboundCallsFaxes/faxSettings, and as such would be accessible wherever they are signed in.

Correct issue with voicemail notification only uses default iPhone alert since last update
Today is 8/22/23 and until recently a voicemail received on the iPhone RC app would follow the custom tone you selected. Now it only alerts with the default tone for the iPhone regardless of what you select. This was working fine for the past year or more and needs to be corrected as the users (doctors, etc) can not differentiate between the notifications and the default 2 tone alert will not wake them from sleep when on call.

Remove the keyboard shortcuts on the RingCentral App
The customer wants to remove the keyboard shortcut because when the users change their status from accept queue calls to do not accept queue calls and hit the space bar it will return to available and this is only happening when they click their profile and hit the space bar on their app

Shows the dial pad automatically when adding a call on RingCentral Mobile App
When on a call using the RingCentral Mobile app and then hit the add button the dial pad should pop up directly so we can enter the number we wanted to add and call like the actual behavior on the desktop app.

Number Name as Identifier for RC for Google Chrome
Similar to RingCentral Apps for Desktop and Mobile, it's very useful for Users to show up the name tagged to a Company Number assigned to Sites.Currently is only shows as Company Number if Users wanted to make outbound calls theu the RingCentral for Google

Allow disabling outbound video call ringtone
When video calling someone else there is a very loud BOOOP sound, indicating it's "ringing". This noise is so much louder than every other sound on my PC and startling every time it happens. I do not see anything in the options to be able to disable this sound entirely or choose something less disturbing. Please offer the option to disable this sound entirely, or customize it with a drop down that includes silence.

Remove call queue on the presence
On the current presence of the phone (VVX 450) its showing both the users and the call queue that I am added. I wanna be able to remove the call queue/group that I don't want to see and add the ones that I want to show on the deskphone Currently its showing that call queues are automatically added on the presence once you are part of the queue and for that call queue to be removed I need to be removed on the call queue

Busy Message
If a user is busy and if he gets a second call then a caller should hear a message saying the person is busy on another call caller should hear this - Unfortunately, line is busy at the moment.
