Google Workspace have the ability to do messaging and attach files on task creation.
Attaching documents to created tasks or even messaging. It fails with an error that blocked by Google Workspace.

General access for Super Admin
The customer would like to have the access to change details such as profile picture on the RingCentral application of their user extension without logging out and in from his user extension. Notification When Someone Reacts to Your Message with an Emoji
The only way to know if someone did this is to hover over the reactions. These days lot of people respond by reacting with a thumbs up or other emoji. I would like to be notified of this. That and a read receipt.

To have the options to apply these configurations:1) prevent the application from prompting unprivileged users to initiate and update that they cannot apply.2) trigger the application of an update in a non-interactive manner from a privileged account such as a script run by a mobile device Management platform.

Microphone Source Consistency
It's very disruptive now when answering or initiating a call and RC uses a different mic source than the one specified as Default, every time, so customers can't hear you until you figure out that the mic source is incorrect. We need the app to keep the default value as preferred by user.

Task Assignee look up
Within our company we create a task to check off that we submit patient admissions within a timely matter. It would be useful to look up all unchecked tasks by assignee. So that way we dont have to scroll all the way up looking for any unchecked tasks. It would also be helpful if after checking off a task I am not redirected back to the bottom and have to start scrolling up all over again to find unchecked tasks assigned to me.

Automatically Update Presence After Computer is Locked
It would be nice for Ring Central to be able to recognize when a user has locked their computer and update their presence to "Idle" or something similar, noting that the user is briefly away from their desk. Our policy is to lock your system when not in use, so if somebody locks their system and walks away to help somebody with something, it would be nice for Ring to reflect that the user is not available/idle/away, so that they're not still receiving calls, appearing to be available. Otherwise, users have to remember to change this every time they step…

Desk Phone and Desktop application Sync
It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

Having our meeting invites show a Mexico call in number
We would like the Mexican number to show in the body of the email as clicking on the link will introduce additional steps and some users may not have a data connection at the time of the meeting.So having a phone number that may be on printed out with a meeting invite is important, especially for the Mexican number.
